Provided Added Confidence
Used this before a trade show for added assurance that I wouldn't get sick and for additional immune support. Plan on keeping this in my car when I want extra protection from germs. Tastes like grape bubble gum.

Nice Flavor and Feeling!
BioShell Germ Defense for your Mouth (1 fl. oz.) I Fights and Kills Germs I Great for Crowds and Confined Spaces I Oral Antiseptic I Berry Flavor... and my thoughts.I cannot speak to the efficacy at present but do say it tastes great and I think I felt a slight numbing effect initially. That is without my dentures. I think long-term usage and having all the right circumstances in place could make this effective. I know it's said to help prevent and reduce plaque that leads to gingivitis and bleeding gums, hence the claims of antiseptic. I am not going to go to a concert and protect myself with this cool berry oral antiseptic -- I have crosses and wooden stakes for that -- but it absolutely cannot hurt to use it around others. The main ingredient, cetylpyridinium chloride (0.1 ), is used in some types of mouthwashes, kinds of toothpaste, throat lozenges, throat sprays, breath sprays, and I have read also in some nasal sprays. So, it is not a new ingredient. It is clear and smells of Berry Bubblegum, to me. I do not have bad breath and would not spray anything directly onto my dentures... or teeth, but it certainly does give my mouth a sense and feeling of something good happening. No, not like a party more like a neato sensation of aid. I would say it made my lips feel a tiny bit slightly numb or fuller, can't say. But my gums feel like they got a promotion and I will take all the help I can get!!Only way to know for yourself is to try. I recommend doing so!

Effective Oral Hygiene
I used Halo Oral Antiseptic Spray for years, but the manufacturer discontinued the product during the pandemic. BioShell Germ Defense is the same formulation (active ingredient) as the Halo Oral Antiseptic. The spray really is effective. Numerous times I have had a sore throat and the start of an upper respiratory infection (URI). The BioShell in many instances eliminated my sore throat and prevented a URI. I also use the oral antiseptic if I have been in contact with someone who has a URI, or if I have been in a crowded situation. I highly recommend the product and will continue to use it.

it sprays a stream, not a mist
Great that this kind of product exists, but it sprays a straight stream into your mouth instead of an overall mist. not a good sensory experience because of that.

easrly impression is good, pleasant flavor, for intermittent use not daily use
Appeals to me for use as early line of defense against germs. That initial exposure through mouth or nostrils can be addressed with nasal swabs and germ killing mouth sprays/rinses. I just hadn't had anything in a small, easy to use on the go spray bottle. Usually when I am out and about is when I feel the need to decontaminate myself. iel being around germ filled kids, in busier places, travel. Good one for teachers or others who work closely with high volume of people.Spritz a few times, use no more than 3x day (9 spritz total), not for more than 7 days. I swish it lightly around my mouth, then I spit. Some gets swallowed. Has a nice berry taste. Has xylitol so be sure to keep reach out from dogs.
