Updated 8/9/2019 from 2 to 3 stars because the vendor responded promptly to my emails, unfortunately the warranty was only for 1 year, and I am not exactly sure when it stopped working. They suggested I switch out the rechargeable batteries and that appears to have worked. I did not realize a solar rechargeable could have the batteries switched out so that was very helpful. Additionally the inside was in pristine condition for something that spent 18 months outside. I will not really know if it is working properly until I stop seeing little dig holes from pests in my garden. Originally purchased Jan 12, 2018 and it worked great. If it works after the battery change then I would give 5 stars for both function and customer service. If not, too expensive for something that didn't work for very long.

I live in a 55+ community with rude dog owners that let their dogs do their business on my lawn. I bought this product with great hopes of it working without harming the dogs. The dogs were not bothered by it. I had two units and both failed.

Both cats and dogs simply pass by this product almost laughing at it. Does not work at all
