This is a hard review.The supports are great, ok have used them a couple of times for ruming and they certainly help my knees. Sadly, they fall below my knee 2,3 times a run which means I have to stop and pull them up.My measurement was 43 which is both Small and Medium size. I took the advice by Pure and took the larger size. They feel nice and firm but simply slip off my knee when running.Pure customer service has been phenomenal and issued me with an immediate refund even though I simply asked for advice.I will now purchase their small size and hopefully this will stop the slipping. So far 4 stars but 5stars for Customer Services

Absolutely superb. My right knee had been troubling me for a while. I had a half marathon at Redcar coming up and l bought these based on reviews. My size was bang in the middle between a M and a L. I ordered both, tried them on and the M definitely felt like it would give more support ( l was slightly worried that blood flow may cause it to become too tight). I took nearly 10 minutes off my half PB, but more importantly l forgot that l was wearing this knee support and there was no slippage whatsoever. The best thing was that the pain in my knee simply was not there for the whole 13 miles - amazing! I bought the pair for the £5 price difference due to washing/ having a spare. I am simply returning the L size. If you have any pain in your knees simply try these amazing knee supports.

The last three months or so me and my wife have tried different kinds of knee support as we have both problems with the knee due to a bit of overweight and a work that always on the move mostly walking. We thought all that knee support we have most of them have a velcro closure feel more supportive but not so comfortable, and we always end up loosing it a bit and then it wont hold. I bought this pair of knee support for my wife to try it but it's too tight for her so she gave it to me, and since then I always have it on even when sleeping, it's very comfortable and it's stay in place all day long and the best of all my knees seems to like it. Highly recommended.

The support seems very good and comfortable, the only issue i can see which not sure how bad it will become is the support starts to slide a little over time and needs readjusting so if used for running i dont know if this will sufdenly become more of a problem to me

The support on first use stays up well. Rubber grips help it to stay up. Went out running and the support does slip, had to slow/stop five times in 6 miles to keep pulling it back up. I have resulted in wearing mine around the house due to how often it slips.Before buying I measured as recommended and ordered the correct size for my measurements and it fit snugly for the first couple of uses but much looser now after a few days of activity.

Okish - good on the knee and bellow but top section rolls causing discomfortI have wear much lower and fold over so I can still get support on And under the knee cap

I must say that I have found the support to be absolutely superb, not just from this seller but the entire process, I have bought and exchanged the item with no issue, purely because I wanted to get the right size, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the product, I can appreciate that from a sizing point of view we all have different body and leg shapes, so where a Large may fit one person, the next may need to get a Medium.

I bought this support as a support for running as I have a dodgy knee. I have only used it once so far, but it was great. Comfortable to wear and most importantly it stayed in place. I chose this one as it was recommended on an independent review of Best knee supports. Really great product and it came with two in the pack which I wasn’t expecting.
