This corset fit exactly as expected. Take your measurements & look at sizing chart. I've been wearing corsets for years. This one is well made as far as stitching and lining (where back laces tie). The front hardware could be sturdier. I've paid hundreds of dollars for a corset. So was pleased with the quality at this price point. It helps to have someone help you fit it and lace it up. At least the first time wearing. Necessary to get perfect fit. I am 6 ft tall, 150pds, 38DD and 29" waist. I ordered an XL. I will be ordering from this company again. * I gave 4 stars for comfort. C'mon! It's a corset. LOL Not exactly lounge wear.

I was looking for an alternative to buying a cheap costume, and so I bought this and other pieces (from other sellers) to make my "Mortal Kombat Kitana Empress" outfit.Definitely take your measurements before buying, I'm glad I did. Measure your around your waist and around your chest, then go off of the chart given based on your numbers. I typically wear a size small or medium in shirts and dresses, and I'm a 34A cup as far as chest size goes. I ordered this in a LARGE. The shoulder straps are adjustable by a couple notches, which is nice, and the front opens/closes to get it on. (Clasps are metal). Loosen the strings in the back before putting on, then adjust as needed after fastening the front clasps. I would recommend having someone assist in adjusting and tightening the back string for your best fit.I maybe could've gone with a size medium, but I find this size comfortable and is NOT loose fitting for me, I was worried it would be, even with the strings tightened. So again check your measurements before ordering.After I saw it on, I said to my boyfriend I felt like a ninja princess, and he confirmed that's basically what my character is... so I'd say mission accomplished!Material is sturdy and durable, not cheaply made or designed. I definitely felt sexy and confident, and look forward to wearing it for Halloween and other occasions.

I'm 5'3", 168lbs, my measurements right now are 43,35,43. I'm a 36/38DD. I bought the 2XL (the biggest size it comes in, and based on what I've read, you should choose a corset with a waist the measures about 4 inches smaller than your own). I wasn't expecting it to fit based on some of the other reviews (I pretty much bought it because I thought it looked really pretty and so was hoping it would fit), but it did (for the most part anyway, more on that below) after I loosened the laces and tightened them up again. The corset is beautiful, the color and the material it's made of are really nice. It seems really sturdy and well made. The only problem with it, and the reason I might return it, is that it really squishes me up top. I'm not falling out of it but it just kind of flattens my chest and squeezes any fat i have in my upper body around my chest and underarms out of it. It's not a very flattering look lol. It fit fine in the waist area and was actually loose on the bottom. I might just need to adjust the laces (which are extremely long, they touched the floor before I tied them) some more.

I ordered based on the size chart provided in the pictures (2XL) and the product that arrived was very beautiful however, it overall was too small. I think the problem is that it doesn't fit in the chest ( very small) but fits better in the waist (could maybe be slightly larger however, it's a corset so it's not supposed to be loose). All measurements are based on waist alone and doesn't take into account your chest size. I ended up returning this and ordering another Charmian corset (Women's Spiral Steel Boned Vintage Waist Cincher Corset with Buckles) in a different style and larger size. That one also fits strangely but I needed something for a costume so I decided to go with that one as it had an overall better fit. The design and color of this corset is wonderful but for me, feeling comfortable is #1 and I didn't feel that I would want to go out in public with this on.

I absolutely love the quality and style. I am 5'4" and wear a size 12 ladies and 36C. I ordered the XXL and can get it on, but the back cover under the stays is almost uncovered and the corset is a bit snug. I also have an hour-glass shape, as others have mentioned, and with my shorter frame, plus shape, the corset is a bit uncomfortable. The back is long-ish and folds over my shoulders a bit.Now, I can't decide if I should hope I get smaller so it fits better, or if I should return it, sadly they don't have an XXXL in the wine red color right now. I adore the material and feel, the stay-holes are well constructed and strong, the front clips are very good quality and snug, no shifting and they feel like they will last a long time. I would definitely recommend giving this a try, but would suggest that you size up one more than you think you need and if you are petite know it might not fit due to length.

Good Fit - I ordered a medium and I am a C cup - it fit true to size . Quality material for an excellent price. No complaints about this product and it arrived in good time. The front clasps are really nifty and also make it easy to take on and off once the lacing in the back is adjusted to the desired tension thus negating the further need of one's lady-in-waiting (and honestly, what busy lady has time to have some strumpet putting her foot in her back every morning just to tighten the laces?) This is just the corset for the independent dirigible pilot and busy absinth purveyor alike! Lovely over a poet's shirt or a dress. Very Pleased! This will be worn often!

Ideally should have gone for the next size up as it cuts into my underarms slightly and by boobs have trouble fitting in properly (I'm a DD). The actual corset is great to wear once I've got it on and looks great! Its easy to move around and sit down in and it really ties my outfit together. It's also really easy to adjust when you've got it on but I changed the corset arrangement at the back so the ends were at the bottom as it was easier to pull together for me that way and could easily by hidden by the rest of my cosplay.
