So far it works for me. I used it for 3 days now and weight decreased 2 pounds with no diet I used it 3 times a day 30 min before meal and its not true that taste nasty for me its taste like juice because it is little sweet I like it and I will continue for 66 days and will see how much weight decreases. 2 years a go I went to Michigan and seen a nutritionist and he gave me a drops similar to this, my weight dropped 30 pounds in 1 month but it is $1k just to see him but that program including a diet he provided the list of what food to eat and the exact amount of it. Two weeks now and I lost 8 pounds I love it THANK YOU!!!!I only have to take before breakfast and lunch. Does not give me any jitters or side affects. My appetite has decreased in the past few days and have made better food choices. I also like the fact that I can have healthy snacks in between meals and feel good about myself.
