Great value, superb taste.Fresh mince nice quality only 5% fat.It’s vacuum sealed so it’s not in the traditional tray, but made no difference to me. I broke it up with spoon as it cooked

To make steak and onions. It was lovely.

I used to mince to make Jamaican patties. The mince is good quality, however I used my stick blender to bread down the mince. This is because the mince itself is coarsely minced and for Jamaican patties the mince needs to be smoother. I would purchase this item againnas it is very good quality and set at a very good orice

Lovely minced meat: not fatty, tasted like real steak! My husband also commented on how good this meat it! We will be buying this again.

This mince isn’t fatty but it’s a little too fine for me as prefer it a bit chunkier!! Tastes good tho 😋
