Good arch support.
My arches are very happy. I’ve had these before, but the puppy chewed them up. This is a better version, in my opinion, due to the soft lining. I have a small. narrow foot, size 6, with very high arches. The arch sleeves fit well, stay in place and have just the right amount of support to make my feet feel good all day.

Immediate relief
If you're experiencing foot /arch pain I highly recommend you give these a try. They have provided relief for our family. They only come in one size and when I received them I thought they looked too small to fit my husbands foot but they fit him perfect, the same size worked for both of us. We wear them over our stockings, not only do they slide on easy but no sweating or chaffing that way. They're inexpensive and well made.

It works good!
I wear my band all the time since I have plantar fasciitis. I even wear it to bed. It helps since I don’t have a cast at this time. Got to get a cast.

Comfortable, secure, and painless!
I wear these every day now. I’m 26 and started to have foot pain near my arch area. Insoles just weren’t for me because I love to wear flip flops. These look great with flip flops. These worked so well! I’m entirely pain free now, and even when I don’t wear these arch supports, my feet don’t hurt anymore. My feet feel secure and have good posture now that I wear these sleeves regularly. It took about a day and a half for my foot pain to subside after beginning to wear the arch supports. I can’t wear them to bed because they do make the sides of my feet hurt, but I wear them anytime I wear shoes. I recommend at least trying these out. What do you have to lose when your feet are hurting and you need relief…

Light Compression
Needs a little more compression to make a difference. Tape would work better. These are too expensive but I was willing to take the chance if they were thin and offered enough support (compression). Maybe if I had sized down once from my actual measurement per the fit chart. I returned them.

Effective
I used them at Disney. I had 15000 steps. Now my feet where very tired but they weren't killing me. I wore them with sneakers and socks.

I do not recommend wasting money on these
When I first put these on, I was very hopeful that they would work - the felt great. As I walked barefoot, after about 12 steps I noticed that it was creeping down towards my toes. Another few steps and it was down to my toes. I tried pulling it back up and readjusting several times, but they would not stay - just crept down my foot. So they are totally worthless. I am going to try to return them and am ordering a support that goes from mid-foot and and covers my heel and up past my ankle. VERY disappointed in this purchase.

Nice!
I use these all the time! I put them in my sneakers and in my kids because they don’t have an arch!

Ideal for a high instep
Looked everywhere for a beige colour, then found these little gems which aren't too noticable. My feet are narrow and I have a high instep, so there isn't much compression. However they work in the way I hoped they would, i.e. reducing the gap between instep and shoe. This makes shoes much more comfortable and fit better. I've worn the supports all day and evening, and find them really comfortable. Not too tight or too loose, and they don't move around. Hooray! 😀

great for occasional use
These are perfect for occasional use. They can be used instead of moving your orthotics every time you want to wear a different pair of shoes. Wore them for a few hours and had no pain from plantar fasciitis. I would recommend.

It helps a bit.
It does help a bit. Esp if you have loose shoes. I can't run again though, which is devastating. I read someone could run again with these on. I did and my foit got worse.
