Great physical therapy for the lower back
This dvd arrived at the right time. I suffered an accident and acute pain to my lower back. So far, I only did the acute pain section and it is exactly like having a physical therapy session. Perfect pace for me with the exercises. This section is approx. 22 minutes. This program does progress and valuable tips like using a heating pad for 5 minutes before the exercises and a reminder to ice after are valuable. This program was developed by orthopedic surgeons. I would caution if you have acute to be cautious. Overall, excellent dvd with great instruction. I recommend this to anyone looking for physical therapy rehab at home.
