i use this for my PA. a word of warning; since the ends are only slightly rounded off you should already be able to wear the size you buy. i suggest getting a CBR first because the ends are at an angle they'll go through the hole easier.here's a nice CBR (captive bead ring) to use first: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WLQ9QVJ/just buy both of them at the same time.the metal is smooth and has a nice finish. the balls/beads thread on easy and stay tight.looks and feels good. mine fits with just a little wiggle room. a smaller size for a PA means you don't have to remove it for "fun" time.

I was very disappointed when I opened the package. The balls that keep the horseshoe in place were too small. I was planing on moving up from an 8g to a 6g but this is smaller than my current 8g unit. This would have just slipped back into my urethra and been uncomfortable. Please see the picture the new one is the one on the left and my current unit is on the right.

This is probably the 8th purchase I’ve made from ruffian for jewelry? Best I’ve found on Amazon. Great quality and looks great too.My only issue with this one is the internally threading is tough to match up and screw in properly. I bought it for my septum so I can’t look at it and screw it in, kinda just do it by feel or use a mirror.Takes me a few tries to get it right. But, I’ve never once had it come undone or fall out. Never.So I’ll take the extra time to get it in as long as I never have to worry about a ball getting lost randomly again.

It was pretty much everything I was looking for. However, the ball fell off during the second day wearing it and was lost! This rendering it useless now. Perhaps I did not tighten it enough, don’t know, but I normally always tighten very much. Do, I just mark it up as one of those things that happen.

Working my way up to this bad boy currently I'm in a 2 gauge (with some wiggle room) when I got pierced I never thought I would consider gauges below a 6 but I have to say I can't help but love the way each gauge seems to make you think maybe just one more size!!

Only had this product a month and the threads of the ball on one of the earrings is stripped out. They are tiny threads and cheaply made. You get what you pay for. The last pair I had before I bought these, the threads and hole was about 5 to 10 times the size and diameter than these are and they lasted for years. I bought these out of necessity. I do not recommend.

They're,,, okay. Very hard to screw the balls in. The actual screw is so tiny is nearly impossible to line up and screw in all the way. I end up just jamming it in there until it's stuck, it usually doesn't fall out but it has a couple times. If you're looking for consistent wear- this isn't it. You get what you pay for. Also, comes individually so don't forget to order two.

I like the brand Rufin and have purchased several pieces of PA increasing my collection and sizes. This 00 house shoe didn't fit until recently as I attempted to see secure both ends, one of the balls won't tightenI waited to long to get a refund. I'm looking to purchase a new set of balls for my 00 gage Prince Albert
