This mail board is pretty and well made. Does it hurt to step on the nails with your feet and not hold onto a chair? Yes! But it won’t puncture your skin and it won’t leave permanent marks on your feet. I use thin socks and a timer. I go for a minute. And I do want to get off the nails. But they once stand for a long enough time, it starts to feel good. I’ll let you know if I get to that point. But it’s a good quality mail board and you can practice this variation of yoga.
