Beautiful examples of traditional décor but crossing a variety of styles, including a rustic weekend house, a Federal style home featuring "less fluff and more substance". a fun but elegant home in Palm Springs, and an Eastern Shore decorated to feel like an updated "trip to grandmothers" (my personal favorite - brimming with color). Plenty here for those that admire traditional décor.

If you love traditional interiors mixed with modern art and furnishings you will enjoy this book. Beautiful rooms and architecture. Wonderful go to book for design inspiration. You will not be disappointed.

I always loved RKL's rooms, but now I can retire my magazine clippings. The photography is brighter and clearer than ever, and while I can't afford his rooms, it was sweet for him to acknowledge that he actually can't either. A fun dream and I look forward to enjoying it for years to come.
