I love the bag. it is large enough to carry "dry/cold" items in the top portion, but there enough room in the insulated bottom section to put 2 medium size containers with hot food or cold food. I cannot speak to how long the hot or cold food will stay warm or cold, because I remove the items as soon as I get to work. The only complaint is the zipper at the bottom of the bag. It is hard to zip and UN-zip when there are items in the top of the bag. You almost need 2 sets of hands, one set to hold the top of the bag and one set to zip the bottom zipper.

Very cheap made bag. I was so upset because it was so cute and could have worked out so well for my needs. The first bag came ripped where the cooler liner was. Sent it back got a replacement. That bag was falling apart in the front pocket. So I wasn't sending it back for a 3rd I just got my money back. I also hated how flimsy the top part was if you sat it down it just falls over my phone kept falling out of the front pocket. I wanted to use this as a gym bag and also keep my water n protein shake cold. Now it's back to searching I'm sad it is so cheaply made.

As a woman I love the style and size, as an engineer I love the design. It smelled awful at first. After I aired it out it was usable and great. The thermal area works great, the top section fist my medium size purse, umbrella and other items. Definitely love it.

I love how the bottom section unzips, so I keep my food containers in there and my day-to-day supplies I carry with me in the upper portion. It allows me to carry one less bag but also keeps my planner and books from getting ruined if my container happens to leak. Yes the bottom section needs something in it to help it stand up on its own but that doesn't bother me.

I always had the issue of forgetting my lunch coming into work. I would prep it and then leave it on the counter. This bag is an all in 1. It’s great for everyday use to basically hold EVERYTHING. It could be amazing for picnics or beach trips. Honestly it’s just awesome. It could be used with sturdier fabric, like canvas, but I actually just popped in a bag organizer insert and that worked great too.

PROS: Easy to wash/wipe clean, decent-size (not too big, not too small)CONS: On the more flimsy-side given the price and had a chemical smell both when I initially opened it and later, when I washed it

It's a decent sized bag. I love the concept but the thing I really hate about it is that the lunch part of it has no support. So if there is nothing in it that part just goes flat. This bag would be worth 5 stars if it had a hard plastic in it and two long pieces along the sides of the bag itself.

I absolutely love this bag! I had to travel without my breastfeeeding infant and this bag was perfect for the airplane! I was able to pack all of my pumping supplies on top and the cooler had great space for all of my breast milk! I was gone for 4.5 days and had no trouble packing 20+\- bags of milk with room 😊
