BEBASIA Fingerprint Door Lock with Handles, Keyless Entry Door Lock, Smart Door Lock, Electronic Keypad Deadbolt, Front Door Lock Handle Sets (Black)

I purchased in March and it has worked perfect until recently. There is a small plastic piece on the inside of the latch that you push down to open the door. It has broken off and I don't think that adhesive would be able to support it. I believe this should be covered by warranty but have been unable to locate contact information in order to process. Would appreciate the seller reaching out to me. Other than that, we have enjoyed all the functions of this product.

The finger print sensor works great. its easy to set up. But the door handle was to small for my current door and I had no idea until i tried to install. The auto lock is the best part as I don't have to worry about my kids remembering codes or sharing them

Almost a year that I have had this product never had a problem, but a situation did occur that this seller responded to my need addressed in a text immediately and followed up on what they said they would do expeditiously. Excellent customer service makes buying this product work it.

So I waited awhile before adding my review. I purchased back in February and took these pictures in June. So immediately upon receiving I installed and the door latch kept detaching causing Mr to be locked out. I called the support and they sent a 2nd set. The 2nd has work fine but has began peeling within 4 months.UPDATE 9/17/23The seller Melody saw my review and reached out to me, sending me a new lock. She stated that the peeling issue had been corrected. Kudos for excellent customer service and standing behind your product.

I love my smart lock, the finger print on it stop work and I contacted the seller and Melody was awesome, with quick responses time and she her help was beyond measures. Melody told me to send a video so she can assist me and I did. As soon as she take a look at the video there comes an email. I mail you out a replacement lock. Easy to install and great for the price. The fingerprint and code was easy to save but the card is not so easy to do. Recommend watching YouTube installation videos. Happy with the purchase

Not the best written instructions and no phone number to speak with someone to walk you through any issuesDifficult to set time and date and set more users up with codes and to set up on iPhone and AlexaSo all the features it states are available are not in use!If I don’t get any assistance today I will be returning it and go back to SchlageI did not get to verbally speak to anyone but I did get some assistance via email with Melody who has really tried her best with customer service. The lock and the interface are both very well-designed. The fingerprint reader is very fast and effective (as long as the fingers are not wet) and the physical key feature is also very sleek. I had a minor issue with the deadbolt where it wasn't closing all the way into the door frame and that was causing an error while locking but the customer service over at BEBASIA was very helpful and sent me a replacement right away. Overall, I think this door lock is very well designed, beautiful looking, and effective to have on your front door!!
