The product is beautiful. When name arrived, it was very carefully packaged to protect it. I contacted seller and sent pic showing a feature of the last “a” of the name was not curled/long as advertised for the font. The seller immediately sent a replacement just as advertised. I definitely recommend! For some reason I can’t upload the pics, but will try again later.

No issues with this. It took a few to unwrap from box but that is because sender took some time making sure it was delivered without damage. Color and size was perfect for our little girls room. Made well with no defects. Would highly recommend!!
