Q: What is the height of the dragon?

highest point is top wing tip at 4.5" - top of dragon's back is aprox. 3". 5.5" wing tip to wing tip wide.

Q: What material is the dragon made of

Plastic. This is a bones miniature so they are all plastic.

Q: Could this be fitted to a 2 inch round base? I understand that parts of the dragon would be larger, but I'm looking for just the base of the figure.

Yes most likely, I mounted mine onto a 3” just because I wanted to do some custom basing on it but I think you could fit it onto a 2”. You may have a little overhang just because of its oval shape.

Q: What's the differences between this and the Reaper Miniatures 60028 ($39.99 )?

I would guess by the price of the one you're asking about, is that one is pewter and this one is plastic, but I'm not 100% on that.
