I absolutely love these keyswitches!
The Akko 3084S is a decent-enough 75% keyboard base. Plastic construction, manual online doesn't quite match the one in the box (which is correct), has bluetooth but you need to plug it in if you want the app to fiddle with RGB and whatnot, the usual sort of thing we see in sub-$100 hotswap switch keyboards in terms of frame, PCB, and features. I'm used to a TKL and 75% is taking some doing, if I'm honest. I'm just used to indexing the right edge of the key area to begin typing and I have a lot of nav cluster muscle memory. I am finally getting used to daily driving this board for serious typing work rather than using it long enough to determine that it's "a good board, but…" as I typically wind up doing. This is a good board, and…The included Akko shine-through white keycap set… First of all, it's a full set. It includes the 75% keycaps already installed on your keyboard, but there's a bag containing another the rest of the keys for a 104/105 style keyboard with a couple of alternate layouts. This suggests an attention to detail we'll come back to. If you've had an Akko keycap set before, you know what to expect for quality—absolutely a cut above the cheap caps you often see online. They're not going to win awards with the sorts of people who buy limited run group buy $350 custom keycap sets I suspect, but they're definitely good enough caps to keep if you replace them with a customized set.The stabilizers don't rattle, at all. And as advertised, there's foam inside to dampen any pinging sound that goes along with typing on other mechanical boards. And with the included switches, the only sound you're going to hear is the "clack" of the keys bottoming out if you bottom them out. (Faster typists generally don't unless they learned to type on something other than a computer keyboard.)I love these switches. I really love these switches. Most people get a set by Cherry or Kaihua (Kailh) or Gateron and call it a day. The rise of keyboards with hotswap sockets is resulting in more "boutique" keyswitches being made. Akko making these means they're maybe a little more likely to be available for purchase. That's a great thing, because these are some of the nicest feeling switches I've used right out of the package. I'm very happy with them—enough so that this Akko keyboard became my daily driver until I get a set of these for my more expensive, heavy aluminum framed keyboard.I've seen some really cheap keyboards in the sub-$50 range (as of Summer 2022) and called them good starter mechanical keyboards. Their switches were not awesome, but they're swappable and the keycaps were all right even if they weren't going to last long. Anything else you could upgrade or improve yourself you found yourself wanting foam noise dampening, higher quality stabilizers, better keycaps, and better quality switches, I figured. I'm no longer recommending that when for the added cost of any one of those upgrades you can have all of them in this keyboard. And you still have room for experimentation if you want it—you just no longer need it to get a decent level of performance.Bluetooth and the software weren't tested extensively. They worked, but I don't need to use them.

Updated Review: Initially Received Defective Items, Seller Responded
Updated Review:- I contacted the seller about the issues I'd experienced ordering this items the first two times. They were very responsive and sent me a new keyboard from their warehouse. They sent the wrong switches (purple jelly tactile instead of pink jelly linear), but I simply replaced all the functional switches from the defective keyboard and everything functions as it should.- The keyboard itself is great, the sound is nice and the linear (pink jelly) switches are super comfortable to type with (no hand/finger fatigue).- All keys and lights are functional.- Item should come with a thin layer of foam around the switches if it's brand new, which it did- Item should arrive with a keycap puller, switch puller, (took both from defective keyboard box) extra keys, and white USB-C cable (came with seller replacement keyboard box)- I took off a star, not for the issues I faced prior, but for the Akko driver that is used to make modifications to the keyboard's lights and functionality (not an issue if you like the typical rainbow/changing lighting effects)- I wanted to change all the lights to a single solid color of my choice, there was no easy option to accomplish it. Instead I had to select each individual key, change the R, G, B value individually and wait it to load as I inputted each value, meaning I had to do that (3x68 keys) = 204 times to achieve the lighting effect I wanted.- Also, the pink jelly switches altered the color of light coming through, so I had to adjust/color correct for a bit too.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Older Review (Issues w/ first two orders)- Purchased this item as brand new twice and received defective items both times.Reordered after receiving Amazon customer support for the first time:- Received yet another defective keyboard that was purchased as "brand new". This time everything looked clean. Every key besides the space bar was functional. The lights are most likely set as off by default since that's what happened when I opened up both, I was able to go into the Akko driver and set up different lighting settings, but it didn't seem like there was a color picker option only presets (tbf, I wasn't looking too closely). Otherwise, all lights were functioning.- I assumed the space bar's switch might have been the issue, but upon swapping it out with multiple functional switches + resetting the keyboard in the Akko driver to original settings, it still did not work. The issue is more likely to be one from the PCB board itself.First Time Purchasing:- This item was purchased as "brand new". Upon it's arrival, it looks like someone tried to clean it up but you could still see that there was hair and crumbs stuck under the keys and stains/sticky bits attached in-between the key caps. When I plugged it in, the lights did not turn on (to be fair, I didn't try to configure them, but most factory settings include an automatic light setting if it's new). When I tried doing a typing test, several keys were non-functional.- I have already informed Amazon customer service that the item is defective and it should not be resold as used or otherwise. I've also included a small note in the box that says so as well in case they try to resell this item as "brand new" again to someone else.- The keyboard itself looked cute, had a decent weight to it, and the switches felt good without being so linear to the point it sounds "mushy". It's a shame I wasn't able to test it out otherwise.

Gaming Keyboard
Serves its purpose. The lights on it are bright and it was an easy set up. Not bad for the price. Great find.
