They work very well for my light use. Mostly trimming and cutting out mats. Use on dogs and cats.

I have a 3month old Wheaton Terrie and this clipper size works great-doesn't get hot fast the bulkiness of the clipper dissipates the heat. And if you are used to short hair dogs these cut the hair perfectly so they aren't so fluffy. I use the 3 3/4 for her full body and then a 10 for sanitary area and paws- no more poop knots lol. I recommend not getting guards if your keeping it simple, the guards tend to snag if they have long hair. Just wash and fully dry before starting then brush in between passes and they'll turn out perfect. Plastic guards wont fit 3 3/4fc it is bulky.

Oiled before use, I think I’m just not a fan of these particular ceramic blades. Used it successfully, would 💯 buy again if I need overnight early morning delivery (literally came 1 hour before my client arrived)

We use this blade to give our dogs their summer haircuts. Works well. Take care of it by cleaning after every use and it will last a very long time.
