Looses elasticity quickly
It looses elasticity quickly but the adhesive is too strong to change it. If you have lots to hold back it holds for about 3 days not the strongest stuff but okay for when I got them on sale.

Rubbish. Too soft to be kinesiology tape
Too soft and doesn’t provide any support. If I could find a way to return it I would.This is NOT kinesiology tape.

Thinner than some but do the job
Bought for shoulder problem, they are, in comparison to other brands, very sticky. Had on for a week, showered every day and still no sign of comming off. They are thinner than some brands which gives them more stretch.

I bought for my partner when he damaged his shoulder. It worked well. Needed scissors to cut it as it won’t tear but that is because it’s good quality

Not great quality
Not waterproof and loses elasticity as well as stickiness quickly. The edges started to peel off in just a couple of minutes of wearing. 😔
