Gentle on my sensitive, dry skin
My first time using a balm like this on my skin, and was surprised that as soon as I touched it to my face it almost immediately melted in an oily type consistency, which then worried me that maybe it would clog my pores, or I wouldn’t be able to actually wash all of it off, and there would be an oily residue after. Nope, it washed rather easily, and my skin feels clean and very soft, with absolutely no residue left behind. This balm has quite a few fruit extracts so I was expecting at least some scent, but I smell nothing from the container or while using, so great for people who don’t like any scents even from the ingredients, or people with sensitive noses.I have dry, sensitive skin, and i had no redness, burning, itchiness, or any other negative reactions during or after using. The container is frosted green plastic, and the lid is a plastic screw on, which is easy to open and close. You get a mini scooper, with a plastic removable seal underneath which is also easy to take off. The scoop in my picture I added was enough for my whole face, so a little goes a long way which is fantastic as it’s a bit pricey to me. Overall, i would definitely recommend. From the date of my review, mine has an expiration date of June 2025

Apply To DRY Hands And Face! Rubs Off Impurities And Makeup In An Instant.
I'm finally starting to see the appeal of cleansing balms in the clean beauty world! This HYGGEE Soft Reset Cleansing Balm really did feel like a “soft reset” on my skin and neck! The cleansing balm itself was soft and malleable, melting into my warm, dry palms almost instantly. I highly recommend using their included scoop instead of dipping your fingers into the jar to avoid cross-contamination from dirty fingers, even if you wash your hands beforehand (because you will likely be drying them on the communal towel, let's be real here!)This cleansing balm felt so incredibly good on my skin though. It made it feel soft and refreshed, without the accompanying tightness of many other cleansers. I like that it left a creamy feeling behind on my skin, but not one that was greasy. It was moisturizing, in a sense. It removed my stubborn waterproof mascara like THAT. It was really cool! I definitely can say I recommend this and I would feel safe about telling my family and friends about this product.s in the clean beauty world!

Works good
Nice unscented cleansing balm. Melts quickly and definitely contains oil...could see oil streaks in the water when rinsing! This isn't a cleanser I would use all the time, only for removing makeup, which it does very well. It does take awhile to rinse off completely, but leaves your skin feeling super soft afterward. It is a bit pricey, but it works!

Works well, removes makeup but a tiny bit drying
I’ve tried a couple other products from this brand, and I’ve been impressed with each one so far! This is a nice makeup removing cleansing balm. It comes in a good sized jar, and there’s a cute little scoop included to keep the product clean. The balm itself melts well into sort of an oily texture on your face. I found that it did a good job of removing my mascara and sunscreen (also from this brand). I was expecting it to be more hydrating based on the texture, but my face felt a bit dry after I used it. This isn’t necessarily bad - I have very dry skin - but you definitely don’t need a more “stripping” cleanser after this. Just this one is enough. This feels very mild and doesn’t have a discernible scent. The balm is a nice light green color, and the packaging feels quality. You also get a significant amount of product for the price, especially since you don’t need to use much each time. Overall I’d definitely recommend it!

Great first impressions! Will update as I go.
This is a unique product. The texture kinda reminds me solid coconut oil, but at first glance it looks like a candle. The color of this product in the jar is a beautiful soft green. It has no color when applied. It dissolves in your hands, I think partially from the heat of your skin. You apply it to dry skin and then AFTER you've massaged it in, you massage water into your face to create a light lather. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Don't throw out the box if you want directions, because the jar doesn't have English directions on it!I haven't tested this product vs makeup yet but I did use it as a regular cleanser, and I enjoyed the experience. It has no smell and feels almost creamy. Despite how I compared it to coconut oil, it's not too oily. It's difficult to explain.I will update my review as I go. Great first impressions!

Soft, rich emollient cleanser
In drier months, I find that cleansing balms like this one are a huge help in softening and loosening dead skin scales. Obviously they have applications for makeup and skincare product removal, too, but sometimes you need a double cleanse.I detected a mild medicinal scent from the essential oils (mostly the tea tree), but nothing offensive or irritating. The balm melted down into a liquid on skin contact, and helped keep me from overstripping or damaging my skin while using a silicone brush with the second cleanse. After showering, my face was surprisingly soft.I preferred the consistency of this cleanser to the Banila Clean It Zero I used to use, and suspect that there’s a little more in the jar. Balms/oils for this sort of thing are very individual, but this plays beautifully with my dry/combo sensitive skin and might well with yours. Enthusiastically recommended.

Does a good job and no oily residue
I love using this HYGGEE Soft Reset Green Cleansing Balm. It's unscented and can melt all my daily makeup immediately. Once I rinse it off, I feel my face is clean but moist, no oily residue feeling which is the best result I have ever had compared with the other relative products of other brands. I keep it in my bathroom which is about 68-37F. The balm is still in sherbert format, not melted because of the temperature. Although it is a little bit pricey, I think it worth it and I definitely highly recommend it.
