I have used these now for 3-4 months on a daily basis. They are excellent cookware - with good weight, heat distribution, heats up fast and easy to clean. They are often advertised as non-stick. They are not non-stick like a teflon pan but if used as directed - proper seasoning, oil and med-high heat - they cook well without sticking. However, if you cook too hot or not the right amount or proper oil (i.e., use avocado or grapeseed for high heat and olive oil for medium to low heat) then food will stick. I do not use these for cooking eggs - I use a teflon/non-stick pan - but everything else cooks great! I would definitely buy again and hope these last me for a long time!

It might be partially because I never owned such expensive shiny cookware, and partially because I upgraded my stove to induction cooktop, the combination of the two, has the looks, durability, and ease of use, plus food cooks quickly and a clean up is a breeze! I use the 12 pc set for a month now and they still look brand new and shiny, just love my investment in these! Side effect is that I now spend way more time cooking than eating…on that note, I’m about to start to cook right now, so sharing the picture of my initial set up

Finally pots and pans that are worth the $$ paid. I have created multiple delightful dishes with these pans. The secret is to season them with oil/fat before cooking. Distributes heat evenly, cleans easily, high quality gear for your kitchen. If you're a foodie, get these!

This has got to be the best cookware on the market today. It takes very little oil and still cooks evenly. Clean up is easy too!

Highly recommend these pots and pans. Easy to clean without the fear of damaging their coating. Youc an use metal safely! Wash up pretty good and look absolutely wonderful in my kitchen. My food is cooked better and no more burning!
