I like this and I am happy i purchased it. I have two other Ambion salt lamps and they are not only gorgeous but heat properly and I feel really work. I have one in my office at work and my coworkers always comment how much fresher the air smells with this in there. I say just get one that heats up enough it seems. This brand delivers but is pricey.... but otherwise you get a slab of salt on a piece of wood.UPDATE 8/19/18I loved my Ambion lamps. They are well made and beautiful. A premium price delivered a premium product with a replaceable bulb. Yeah, the bulb, that's now where I feel I have wasted my money. I have to order from mainland China which wouldn't be a big deal if shipping wasn't $55.00. I order things from other sites and ship from China for cheap,, really cheap. Now to replace one bulb I have almost paid for another lamp. I am gonna figure out a way to retrofit a different light instead of throwing my four lamps away but its a real shame because I love them.

Timeless

I received mine and was really disappointed with the color of the stone. It was such a pale pink color, nothing like any of the photos on their website or on here. The light is so bright that you can not leave it on while you are sleeping .***update***I spoke with the company and they worked with me to correct the issues I had with the lamp. They sent me a new one free of charge and it is beautiful! The colors of the salt crystal are dark and rich. Absolutely beautiful!
