Their iLink app looked nice and appeared to have lots of control (including an equalizer), but had issues. Initially could not get it to download off Google Play. Tried on 3 different devices running 5.0, 6.1, and 7.0. Every time got a message that app "wasn't compatible with device", even though description says 2.3 and above. Finally got it loaded thru another source. Then I could control the light settings but could not get music/sound to work. Seemed to be same version but possibly was not the "official" app(?).Also does NOT remember last light setting. When powered off either via app or wall switch it would come back on to a cool-ish white. Since I couldn't get sound out of it I don't know what that does when powered back on.Returned.Went with Morpilot brand bulb which worked fine, except that bulb also does not remember last light setting. Their app was not quite as robust but worked flawlessly.

works really well. the only problem is that it often automatically links to my phone or ipad without my telling it to so music will go to the bulb which is in my daughter's room. It turns out even when I have the volume turned off it streams loud music to her room if I am playing a game downstairs while she is in her room. We got this for her so she could play music and also use the breath function to help her calm down.

My grandson told me about this item and thought it would be a good holiday gift for my tecky son-in-law and as well bought one for my hubby.Both of them LOVED!!This bulb worked as advertised and we had Christmas music all over the house with soft lighting!This would be a good go-to gift for anyone in your life who likes music, tecky items and different lighting.I may be buying more!Arrived well packaged and in time.

Hello I wanted to review this product because I've had it for a while now and it's fair to say it's a winner! I have used it in a number of locationsession in my home in ceiling can lamps office desk lamp and garage. It has exceptional volume for a little lightbulb everyone I have showed it to in person is amazed I use for different occasion as well worked great for Halloween at front door I streamed music and flashing lights for the kids. It works great as Bluetooth speaker in the garage door opener when I'm working in the garage I also put it in my son's room for alarm clock set the timer for lights on at 7am and music to stream at 7:15 perfect everytime for school. I bought two and I recommend this product %100.

The sound is actually pretty good for a speaker like this. The lighting effects are all very easy to access and change with the Bluetooth enabled app. It should be noted that this speaker is best suited for ceiling recessed lights as the light pretty much comes from the top portion of the bulb. I installed mine in my bathroom ceiling fan enclosure and it works out quite nicely. Well done 👍

Not very bright and would not connect and stay connected. I returned this piece of cr@p. I order two of these identical bulbs but got two different bulbs with diff packing bos and size. But returned both.

There is no app referenced in the ad or in the materials that come with the light. Waste of my money.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my sister. Took a minute to get the music to play, but figured it out. Good sound and happy with the purchase. I ordered another for myself.
