Works after a while
Installation is fairly trivial. Supplied hands were too long for my clock, but cut easy with wire-snips. (Wish they threw-in several sets!)Put the hands on *then* pull the pin out. (This keeps the hands in 12:00 sync while pressing them on.)The setting instructions are terrible. There is even a note "Check this!" which seems to be to the instruction writer, not the customer. Put in battery, set time zone, press some other button for no apparent reason. The clock runs in spurts all night, but was spot-on in the morning.

Time is 10 minutes off
The little pamphlet included is useless. It does not explain any of the settings on the movement and the QR code will not scan on my iPhone. After hours of frustrations I finally got the time zone right, there is a setting but since it is not noted anywhere you are on your own. Now the time is always setting ten minutes slow as checked against three other self setting clocks. Utterly useless as a clock as you cannot set the time manually. This movement is a piece of junk.

Works in Southern California
I was hesitant to buy this product because Southern California is pretty far away from the Colorado station that emits the signal. Happy to report that it does synchronize over night if hung on a wall (wasn't doing it flat on a table). The instructions stipulate that it should sync within 10 minutes, but that is just not going to happen that far away. The waves propagate only in the late evening / night well enough this far away. The arms are a bit old fashioned and black. I was able to sand the paint off. Shiny aluminum is underneath. I also trimmed away the onion shaped wider parts with a scissor for a more modern look.

Works as designed
Worked fine as a replacement for a regular quartz movement. Synced to the atomic radio no problem and several floors down in my building.Would like to see more modern arms provided - the ones on the old movement didn’t fit and the ones supplied are very old fashioned

Great clock movemen!
Using this to replace a failed clock movement has been a total success. The WWV receiver is very sensitive. It doesn’t matter where I put the clock, it will sync. (In Texas, a log way from WWV in Colorado!). It keeps perfect time. Easy install. Good instructions. Flawless. A terrific product for a great price.

Not perfect
I am such a time-nerd that my cellphone clock isn't close enough for me. I wear a watch that I set regularly to a shortwave WWV station. We had a neat decorative clock with an old quartz movement that drifted enough to frustrate someone who's much less of a time-nerd than even me, and it was inconvenient to climb up on a chair and set the thing every week. This movement was the perfect solution. When it arrived, I quickly disassembled the old clock and removed its unreliable original movement and replaced it with this one. I followed the instructions to install it and left it on the counter to watch it do its thing. It started out with a test rotation of all of the hands all the way around, then it tuned in to WWVB and made its adjustment. After adjusting, it was precisely 30 minutes slow. I read the manual, and decided this was no reason to panic. It claims that during a specific time of day it verifies the location of the minute hand and corrects it as necessary. I hung the clock up in its place and went to bed. The next morning it was spot on, but that's when the trouble started. The timekeeping mechanism in this clock is worse than the old one, which wouldn't be a problem if it would just update once a day or so overnight, but the clock would only update on a manual button press. I continued to experiment and tried replacing the alkaline battery with a lithium battery and it started working pretty well. The hand positions still aren't extremely precise, but the clock is maintaining good time and it even adjusted itself from standard time to daylight time this Spring. This clock is designed to be used in the Continental US. It gets it's time signal from a Long Wave radio station at Fort Collins, Colorado. Longwave radio isn't like your standard FM stations and easily propagates the full length of the continental United States, but the signals will be less reliable if you're outside of that area. I have no trouble receiving the signals in Virginia. Also the timezone is determined with a switch on the back of the movement that can select one of four settings (P, M, C, E) which stand for Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern. If you need a clock for a timezone other than those four you're going to be out of luck. It also has a switch that allows you to select whether to follow or ignore daylight savings time, which would be handy in those parts of the US that don't observe daylight savings time. Presumably, ignoring daylight savings time would have the clock stay on winter time all year.

Replacement WinTaim Atomic Clock Movement with 4-inch
The replacement WinTaim Atomic Clock Movement with 4-inch is working. It’s keeping time - EST in Florida. This was my 4th attempt to get my clock working. It’s cheaper than buying a new clock.

ACCURATE? NOT AT ALL. JUST A TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
You might want to do yourself a huge favor by passing this one by. It surely DOES NOT keep anywhere near accurate time. In fact it varies from day to day. It can be hours off on one day and minutes off the next day.You can never even predict what's going to happen the very next day. It surprised me a very few times when it had the correct time the next morning but that was very rare to see. I would say that the time was not correct for about 95% of the time. Better to find a movement that has great customer ratings.

Keeps perfect time
I boughts to upgrade a friends wall clock. She had basic cheap clock that always seemed to be 2- 3 minutes fast or slow. Maybe it was set funny, I don’t know. . Retrofit simple and has worked like charm off the bat. No issues so far.
