Excellent travel charger
I've had this for about a year, so it's been with me on a daily basis and gone traveling for 6 or 7 trips, among which 2 or 3 were international. It basically does what it says in the description. It's a 60w USB-C charger with 3 USB-A ports as well (sharing 12w between them), ultimately drawing 72w. In a perfect world, the USB-C port would offer the full power of USB-PD (100w), but as far as I know there are no products that offer that. The closest I've found since buying this adapter is this other product that Nekteck also produce:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DGTFQTD?tag=thewire06-20&linkCode=xm2&ascsubtag=AwEAAAAAAAAAAXMNIt offers 87w and has 4 USB-A ports instead of the 3 this product has, but it also appears to be twice as big, and costs twice as much. Reviews online strongly endorse that product as a power station for your home or office desk, but not for travel; I think I agree with that conclusion, that it's too big and bulky for travel, despite the extra features. For what it's worth, this 60w charger is sufficient to give me a net positive charging rate if I'm using my laptop normally (for my purposes - writing code, using a web browser, etc... no video editing or anything like that). It's not as fast a charge as an 87w adapter would be, but the trade-off here is portability. I've also never been totally stuck as a result of only having 3 USB-A ports. In some cases, I have to swap over some devices, but this is something you can work out (how many USB devices do you have; how long do they take to charge; etc...).For me, the major reason to get this charger (or this kind of charger, with a power cord that detaches) instead of a "wall wart" is that the detachable power cord makes this charger much more versatile. You can bring the adapter to your table with a power cord snaking its way to the nearest outlet, allowing you to keep a smaller footprint at a coffee shop or airport. You can also buy power cords for different countries' outlets. For instance, for a trip to the UK I bought this power cord for UK outlets:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DQ6RMWI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1This allowed me to never bother with an outlet adapter. Those power cords are pretty ubiquitous - you could buy them at any generic electronics shop in just about any destination country for cheap, or someone might have an extra cable to lend you. It's an utterly generic, easily replaceable cable, which is a huge positive if you're traveling.Ultimately, this power adapter is a tiny bit underspecced for me (I'd like a 4th USB-A port, and a higher-wattage USB-C port, as the first product I mentioned offers), but the things this does well make traveling and getting around so much less stressful for me that I gladly take the hit. If you're going to travel and you're looking for a charger, this is it.Someday I'd like a power adapter with multiple 60w (or better) USB-C ports, and ideally a few USB-A ports, but as far as I can tell there's nothing resembling that even on the horizon far off in the distance. This power adapter (or a subsequent generation) will probably be in my backpack for the foreseeable future.

Fingers crossed - preliminary review - works great on my 2018 MacbookPro
11/2018 Still going strongI bought this for my touch bar MacBook Pro 15 and at 60 watts it works great. I'm also using it for USB-3 charging and other duties.it'sTo note - for Mac Book Pro - I use my work laptop for ssh terms, Notes, etc, and it's recognized as a 60 watt charger. Very solid and stays ahead of my normal usage. So Id' say unless you're pushing a > 60 watt MACBOOK Pro (or equivalent) hard this is an absulutely great charger at a great price. If you look elsewhere, on AZ or otherwise, do check review. I hadn't hear of this company but reviews pretty consistently good and solid and and I remain a happy camper.Original: This is a preliminary review as I received this yesterday.I bought this as a second / travel charger for my 2018 MacbokPro. Yes it's a 60 watt vs an 87 watt charger. But I don't make heavy laptop use - mostly terminal windows and occasionally ppt or xcel and e-mail.I had previously tried the AZ "most recommended" magsafe charging adapter such asĀ Anywatt USB-IF Certified USB C PD to Magsafe Magsafe1 Magsafe2 Laptop Adapter Current Output Converter Supports USB-PD Protocal for Smart Charging Type-C Phones Laptops Macbooks Pro . This to allow me to use my 2015 MacbookPro extra chargers. This (most highly reviewed of them all) worked well and I ended up returning them all. But I still needed another charger and didn't want to send $80-$90 to Apple.I came across a reputable online review of USB-C (not thunderbolt per-se) chargers. This was 1st or 2nd choice. And I agree. It's USB-C - but my Apple MacbookPro 2018 consistently recognizes it (generically) as a 60 watt charger. "consistently" is something the magsafe to USB-C adapters did not have going for them. This is.I let my MacbookPro run down overnight to power-warning levels. Then plugged this back in and left it plugged back in. It took several hours to restore the battery and then it's been running fine off of it.So while not an 87 watt charger it IS a full 60 watt charger on that port alone (some similar models that say 60 watt are only 30 watts on the USB-C port). It ran a bit warm - but not too hot. And that's to be expected. Efficiency is in the 90-85% range on switchers. So it could be dissapating itself say 10 watts (in full charge load) which is a lot of heat for a small non metal package. This is no different than any other high power but compact device - esp plastic cased.I'll run it hard through the weekend and on an arduous travel trip and update the review.

Great Reliable Certified Charger
I already have one of these chargers but bought a second one to keep in my camera bag. The USB C port is powerful enough to charge my laptop, and the USB-A ports are great for charging my camera batteries. The charger is USB-IF certified as well. I don't think you could really ask for more.My only concern for this charger was that the packaging wasn't the same as the first one--plastic baggy instead of a box. It works fine though.

Yes it delivers
Yes, it delivers. it recharged a power bank of 26800 mAh in just 4 hours with USB c while similar others in 6.5 hours. It delivers 3A at any voltage up to 20V while others deliver less amps as the voltage increase. very good charger.

The usb-c cable shipped did not work with macbook pro
While the product works fine. The cable that was shipped did not charge a 2017 MacBook pro.I used another cable which charges at a slower speed for now.
