Delivered complete, three packages, on time, all pieces labelled well. Took approximately 2.30 hrs to assemble. Used own tools but tools were supplied. Electric screwdriver with Alan key fitting is recommended. ( long reach Alan key advisable if no screwdriver. Looks lovely when assembled and quite comfortable. Extra decorative cushions make it very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Very good price. No complaints from us.

I bought this to match my outdoor dinning table and chair set, which I bought 12 years ago. The "ratan" material is brilliant, easy to clean and long lasting. I have a south facing garden and have no fading on the table and chairs, looks just as fresh as the new sofa set. It's also light enough for me to move around. Very happy.

We looked around a lot for a rattan furniture set and are really pleased with this. Some of the negative reviews said it felt cheap or was hard to assemble, but we didn't find this at all. It's a bit fiddly, but not terribly so, anyone who is used to assembling flat pack furniture should have no major problems. Just read all the instructions and don't tighten anything fully til all bolts are together. You can use an electric screwdriver with an allen key bit for maybe 60% of the bolts but some are tricky to get to and will need a hand allen key (supplied). It's a two person job for ease, but a really experienced person could do it on their own.It loses a star because the clips that hold the modules together don't stop the pieces moving around forward and back (though this might be user error) and because the cushions aren't the most comfortable in the world - but then at this price I am not complaining at all. Also worth noting that the chair backs are lower than I was expecting which for me loses comfort slightly, but I expect that's typical of this style.We chose the grey colour, which is really lovely, the glass top on the table is good, the pieces are light enough to move around easily but solid enough to be strong for their purpose.Overall, really happy with it.

I've only just been able to assemble this and I'm really pleased with it. Much better quality than I expected. Only issue is with the pictorial instructions which missed off one instruction and also the number of washers needed was wrong, which was a but confusing at first but there were sufficient washers in the pack. Very easy to assemble.

It came in 2 days but I wasn’t expecting quite so many parts. I think it took me about 2hours to put together on my own as the instructions are pretty basic. Very happy with it for the price. If you’ve got bouncy kids I’m not sure how strong it is but for me it’s perfect.

Looks good as can been seen in the last picture. However arrived with rusty parts, and not all the rattan woven as can be seen there was worse than this too. A few screws missing also. Comfort is lacking and the backs are really low. Not bad with added cushions. The product does look great though.

The furniture is well-made and easy to assemble, with clear instructions. Looks great! A query was answered promptly, and the company is easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend.

Really fiddly little screws, but I managed it on my own. Looks good set up and is comfortable, but the glass top isn't held on by much just little suction pads so if you move it around don't hold by the top.
