Works great for our kitty coop
This little coop is perfect. We bought it to keep our kitties in at night and it is the perfect size for our patio. I put it together by myself. Pretty easy to follow instructions. It took me about 4 hours but was a good project for me to complete. It was packaged well too. I loved it and am very impressed with it. Yes the wood is thin but solid. And for the price I think it’s works great and will hold up over time. It is small but depends on what you use it for, for my kitties and for the low price this was perfect. If you want something bigger then You are going to have to pay a bigger price. I am completely satisfied and will recommend this little coop to anyone looking for a small coop.

Looks great!
Easy to assemble just takes some common sense and patience; stinks from high heavens straight out of the box and strong chemical smell but instructions say to let it air out and that the smell isn’t dangerous, kinda wish we assembled it outside but due to the cold and rain we made it an inside project. If you plan on leaving it outside instructions suggest for an additional roof? So we are thinking of adding a waterproof barrier and some shingles within the next week. Great size. Only have one chicken for now going in it. Can’t beat it for the price

Nothing negative about this coop!
I bought this coop for my granddaughters 4H chicken. A small bantam hen. I became concerned when I discovered it was being delivered via FedEx because every item they delivered to me arrived looking like it was run over by a semi. Until this delivery. It came completely intact and the FedEx guy even helped me get it into the house. Now, on to the coop itself.I ordered it expecting to have some problems which I was prepared to overlook because I knew I couldn’t buy the raw materials for what it cost. There were ZERO problems. The parts were all present and accounted for, expertly packages with NO damage whatsoever. The instructions were thorough and easy to understand. It took around 2 1/2 hours for my granddaughter and I to assemble this coop. I’m 69 years old and she is 10 and we were able to put it together without having to drag my husband off the couch and away from his laptop. The hardest part was when I had to sit down on the ground to install a latch. Getting up was no easy feat.I love this coop and it’s the perfect size for my little hen. Too small, I’m sure, for 2 or 3 standard chickens but my little bantam thinks she’s living in a palace.

I wouldn't put no more then 2 chichens/ducks in there
The size was a little small. Quality was good. Smell from asphalt or whatever it is they use for the roof, is very strong, please make sure that your doing this outside. Thickness is good. I have 2 ducks and a chicken I put in the coop, it's ok, I wish there was a little more room for them. So I say 2 animals max unless there bunnies then 3 would be ok.

Great coop for babies!
Got some fall chicks but live in a cold climate. This little coop stayed so warm. I added some reflective insulation to the upper part by stapling it in. It worked great. These babies stayed in this from 6 weeks to 8 weeks and they spent some time as tiny babies in here too. Once they(6 of them) hit 8 weeks we moved them into the main chicken run as this was getting too tight for them. I def recommend for babies or even 2 small bantam could live happily in here. It's good quality and was easy to assemble. Great price too! 5 stars all the way.

Very Dissatisfied
I am not one to usually write a review on a product, but this one I am. First, I want to start off with the instructions were not very clear & they lacked attention to detail. Then when I got ready to assemble the coop the predrilled holes for the nesting box was in the wrong place making it to where it did not even sit on the ground & making the entire run cage open for the chickens to be able to get out & allow other small animals to be able to get in. There was a cracked board on the nesting box when I took it out of the box. The ladder & door to the sleep house is on the wrong side making it to where the ladder is in front of the entrance door to the run cage making it very hard to put the feed & water in due to the ladder being in the way. Also, the tray does not have anything for it to sit on making it just hang in the bottom of the sleep house. If I could have given this coop a zero rating, I would have. I am very dissatisfied with this product & do not recommend it to anyone.

Smaller than expected, difficult to reach in
We like the product design, and it has worked for our 3 chickens. However, we were expecting it to be a little bit bigger (obviously we knew dimensions but still) so it is a little cramped for our 3 full grown chickens. Also while there is a door in the front, it is hard to reach all the way to the bottom left side in case you are trying to reach a food/water bowl or remove one of the chickens.
