Easy to use. Sturdy. Great product. My son is able to use these to help with relaxing his muscles after track meets and cross country training.

Sometimes I think is going to break, but so far has worked very well on massaging my legs after running.

The roller is the right size and feels really good but I’m giving it 3 stars because it gave me little tiny wood splinters in my faja that poked my skin. Wood also shed on my skin as well.
