Spare Tire Brake Light Fit for Jeep Wrangler JL JLU 2018 2019 2020 2021 2022 2023, Plug and Play 4th Third Brake Light Rear LED Ring Wheel Light, Red

Doesn't seem as bright as it should be. Installation was easy, but. I don't like the way I had to run the wires. It would have been nicer if it just plugged in at the third brake light. Instead I had to run it up thru on of the flap behind the spare tire. There is no way the plugs would have fit thru the factory wire hole.

This device works well and is easy to install on the 2018 JL wrangler. Keep in mind when installed it will occupy some space that was previously used by the rear spare tire, which causes the rear spare tire to mount closer to the rearview camera leading to a small amount of tire interference in the rear view camera display.

I see comments that this does not fit the 2022 Wrangler Sahara 4xe, but it does.. I installed it with no problem.. there isn't much difference between the 4xe and regular Wrangler.Only issue I had... came with no instructions. I had to watch a youtube video on installation and removing the 3rd brake light.

Works great but my only complaint is the connectors don’t work and had to splice wires.

Install was easy but would clarify instructions to say remove only upper 5 screws and run new wires on opposite side of OEM wires. That would have saved me some time.
