Over priced for the product
First, whoever designed the mount bracket probably never install one, why not to make sliding bracket that attaches to the wall and then to slide the heater on it,Second, it’s says on the specs that it heats 12’ radios which is not correct, you have to be actually 3 feet away from it to stay warm and it California weather.Not worth the money!

Expensive but no needed accessories included
The product itself is good. But everything is optional: hanging hardware, deflector. It is a very expensive item and should be coming with all accessories.
