Denali Trail Hex Tarp

Have only used it once, but I was very happy with it. Came with instructions on how to pitch the tarp, including the two knots you need to know. If you don't know how to do the highwayman's hitch, take the two minutes to learn it before you use the tarp - it makes teardown so much easier! I finished the ends of the cords with a lighter and had to tie a bigger knot in the orange cords because the knot on one of them popped through the hole in the tensioner, but you can't go wrong for the price. Used it in the High Peaks area of the Adirondacks - it was a rainy but otherwise calm night, so I can't attest to how it performs in windier conditions. Kept me dry!

My first impression was pretty great- the unboxing experience is cool and the handy booklet was awesome as a refresher on tying knots and setting it up. It also serves as a great pocket guide to take with you.Brought it on a rock climbing trip to Kentucky and when it started raining, you can only imagine how stoked everyone was to have a dry tarp. It was easy and quick to setup with the stakes and included strings.The curved cut of the tarp is really clean- you can see there's no extra fabric to flap in the wind or let water collect- it runs straight off.I didn't know I needed a tarp but can't imagine not bringing it with me :)

Works great got this one for my wife as it is similar to the camp is easy brand I recommend either.
