Bought for putting round my conservatory. Looked fantastic but not for long.The power lead was very short and the connection to the lights was equally as short so I had to fit an outdoor socket under the shed canopy (out of the rain) to house the plug and shield the indoor power pack. I sealed the connection to the light strip as instructed but mustn’t have done it well enough as the power pack blew the 1st time it rained! I got a replacement power pack (not cheap) and again.. it blew when it rained and I thought I sealed it water tight.This product has too many limitations to use outdoorsThe power supply should have a much longer lead and should already be sealed to the lights!!!I spent a small fortune fitting outdoor plug and ensured the power pack was totally shielded from the rain, but now it’s in the bin cause the connection failed and wasn’t already sealed and waterproof.If your buying to use in the summer or indoors, they are great lights. (As long as your not putting up at any height as the lead is only half a meter)

These are PERFECT for my son's bedroom. They provide just enough light to be a great nightlight but not too much to keep him awake. Blue is his favorite color so we keep the setting on blue but you can use remote to change colors. See pics for the battery the remote takes. They sell them at Walmart, Target etc.The instructions are very easy to understand and follow, the adhesive is VERY sticky so be sure you are putting it in the right spot because it’s there for the long haul!TIP: Use rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad to wipe clean whatever surface you will be sticking this light strip too. It will make a HUGE difference in the adhesive power.The strip come wrapped conveniently on a whell, can be cut, and is a pliable soft plastic. If you cut it you need to order connectors. There is an AC adapter included so you can plug these in and not go broke buying batteries.I can't say enough about these lights. So easy to install. Just peel off the backing and stick!Highly recommend if your looking for a nice set to cover an entire room!

Professionally fitted by an electrician, so unlikely to be human error, the LED controller only worked for about 1 hour before blowing. Perhaps it was just a faulty controller so I tried to contact the seller through the Amazon service, but they failed to reply forcing me to buy a new controller for an additional £15 from a separate company. Sure things don't always work, but you at least expect them to respond to a request for help and a replacement part.

The product itself is well....ok, I had a 20 mtr roll with intentions of cutting and using in various locations, however, the manufacturer can’t supply jointing seals or end cap seals, they can’t supply the connectors either, in fact I wouldn’t order these unless I was using the full length without cutting, in this case your lights will be....well..,, ok

Lights received and all in working order in a timely fashion, which I cannot fault. The issue I had was a dodgy controller, which, when the lights were turned on, did not interact. Conversations with the supplier went nowhere and they essentially fobbed me off to Amazon, who, as usual, quickly offered to have the lights refunded upon return, or a credit applied to my account if I could fix the controller myself.In summary - great lights, just not overly impressed with the follow up customer service when running into problems
