It has lots of worms, bugs - black and creamush color ones
The media could not be loaded. I had purchased it in August and opened it in Oct for sourdough starter. My sour dough was actually in a good shape with American unbleached bread flour since I had this substituted this flour, ever since then I saw lines like things in sour dough starter. I spotted the black bugs in the flour. I must say that sour dough rises nicely and forms bubbles with this. I decided for healthy reasons to discard the sour dough completely. I sieved through the flour and found black and off white bugs. Off white bugs were the lines in sour dough starter but dead.Since I am a beginner in sour dough starter, I am not giving this flour right now. I put back the sieved dough in the packet and put the packet closed right in freezer section of refrigerator. If this is the fix, I may still but this dough.I had subscribed for 2kg of this but now have lowered the frequency until I see the results. I have not opened the 2kg one and is already in the freezer.If you guys see worms do comment in your reviews.

A delight!
I've been a baker for many years now and experiment with different flours including khapli, ragi, jowar, rye, etc. Don't buy bread from the market ever. My OG flour was always Josef Marc T65 n wholemeal flours. I was sceptical with this one (secretly hopeful) as the protein content was <13% which is my typical benchmark. I did add some T65 this time to maintain the high elasticity n protein but I'm so impressed n excited to bake future breads, bagels, pizzas n buns with this now! N I love the fact that it's cheaper than the other flours I use for my bakes. Love the packaging n quality. Bellissimo!!

This product has 11.44 protein, not 12.5. Ingredients a little different from the ones posted.
