So I only started taking these just over 1 month ago, and to be honest I can say I’ve noticed the difference.I do find these quite hard to take, but to be fair to the pills I do personally struggle taking this type of larger capsule, but with a full glass of water and a good gulp, I can get them down.I’m unsure if these are making a difference, but I’m not sure I can say “they aren’t”, but, for me, I do think I’d air on the side of “If they are it’s minimal”, but that’s just for me.

These are very fast acting energy supplements!I normally used green coffee bean extract if I needed an extra boost, but taking just one of these capsules gave the same as 3 of those.Noticed a huge difference in my energy levels in a couple of days, it really gives that extra pep in your step, it also improved my mood throughout the day since I had more energy and was not zombie like just trying to get through the day to climb back into the bed.They smell like Nori and some herbs, have no taste, easy to swallow.

So I had taken these post baby with high hopes for feeling more energetic. Sadly I can’t say these worked for me.Pills are rather large and not the easiest to swallow but no aftertaste. Shame it didnt work for me.

Don't recommend this its open despite the outer seal being sealed the inner is open allowing air to flow through and oxidise the contents, making them pretty much useless not to mention dangerous. The ingredients seem to be good though the Vitamin-C is rather low and negligible.

Firstly, the ingredients in this are pure, natural & organic with the exception of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule shell which is semi-synthetic but not too bad for you.It is very important to take vitamins with pure ingredients otherwise you will introduce more toxins into your body.After a week or so of taking this, I'm definitely less tired. So seems to work. Need to give supplements at least 2 weeks to work into your system.Provides 100% RDA of iodine per day.Apparently iodine is a very important mineral that a lot of people are deficient in. These energy boosting capsules are good value for a 60 day supply but the capsules are large and have a bad aftertaste. I havent noticed much of an increase in my daily energy levels. I do appreciate that they are vegan friendly though.
