Love the charging station
I am head over heels for this thing! First of all, it’s beautiful, and I know it’s just a vacuum but when you use it as much as I do, you like it to look nice! I searched and searched for a vacuum that was cordless but had a charging dock so I didn’t have to plug it in every time I got done using it. The charging dock is so convenient because it serves as a place to store it and charges at the same time. No more going to get the cordless vacuum and it’s dead because the person who used it last didn’t plug it back in! It is so lightweight and the suction is unmatched. I’ve had a few Shark cordless stick vacs and this is hands down the best. I love the functionality of it and the detachable hand vac is such a great feature. I especially like it for touching up on the stairs. The only downside is the very small debris canister. You do have to empty it often. However, emptying it is so easy that I don’t even consider this an issue. I only mention it because it could be an issue for others but as a mom of 3 very messy boys it’s still never been an issue for me!

WORST VACUUM EVER!
I really wanted this to be amazing. I thought this would be a great thing to have in my condo so I could run it around quickly ever day just to keep things cleaner. It’s a very pretty vacuum, lightweight, and it all fits together well, but that’s where the positives ends. Now I do have a chinchilla, so things in my home have a fine layer of bath dust most of the time, but that can easily be sucked up- my old handheld Buster of Dust used to do it just fine.If you have anything more than just the minimum of dust on your floor, it’s going to clog. Every minute or two it would clog, and I would have to stop it and jab a chopstick into the tiny clump of dust that was stuck in a tube to dislodge it. It clogged 4 times in the 12 minutes I got to use it- then the battery died. I charged it for 3 days after that, and the next time it ran for 14 minutes before the battery died, and clogged 8 times in that 14 minutes. The suction seems good-until it clogged and started spitting out stuff back onto my floor, but unless you have a spotless floor, every hair and bit of random stuff on the floor will clog it. The floorhead got hair and dust wrapped around it in the short time I got to use it, and clumps of dust clogged around the brush wheel (even though it’s supposed to be self cleaning), so I had to unclog that after every use too; even the tiny wheels on the floorhead got hairs tangled in them and had to be cleaned with tweezers. It took 40 minutes to clean a vacuum that I got to use for less than 15 minutes each time. I’ve tried to use this vacuum 4 times- on tile, hardwood, and twice on carpet, and it doesn’t work well on any of them. The little reservoir that holds the dirt is frustrating as well; when you press the button to empty the vacuum, the little door shoots open and launches anything that is inside it all over the place. You have to put the entire handheld section into your trash can and open it to avoid having to vacuum around the trash can after you’re done emptying it.If you have a totally clean house because your weekly housekeeper just came two days ago, and you just want to run it around the floor to keep things looking spotless, or if you spilled some flour in the kitchen, it might work great. if you have a normal house that has dust and dirt, you are probably going to have the same problems I did. I really wanted it to be a useful thing that would help me keep my house cleaner, but it was just a disappointment all around, and an expensive disappointment at that.

Great lightweight, always charged ready-to-go
Works great. Makes it easy to vacuum quick which means other family members help. Vacuumed 3 carpeted bedrooms, the kitchen, dining, living and couch cushions and the battery was still full. The dust cup is great. I really like the way you empty it with just one sliding button and you don’t have to remove it completely like other vacuums. (I got the stand without the hepa self-emptying bin). The only thing I don’t like is the accessory storage. The shape of it only fits the tip end of the crevice tool. Why wouldn’t it be designed to fit either accessory tool?! There are 2 accessories but only the crevice tool can go there. So where do the designers want us to put the other accessory tool?!!!!! I bought this knowing it only holds one tool but I was hoping to keep the upholstery tool there to use on the couch. I rarely need the crevice tool. Also the handvac can be charged separately but requires you to remove the plug from the stand.

Small
We tried out a few other cordless options and this was our favorite!Pros:-It is very light and easy to maneuver! Kids don’t have a problem using it!-Small but mighty! It holds its own really well!-We have a golden retriever and it gets all the hairs we can’t even see! We use it every day and it is always full, so we know it’s doing its job.-Extremely easy to empty!Cons:-The battery life is about 15 min. I can do my entire 1,280 sq ft house (aside from bedrooms) in this amount of time.-When it gets clogged it automatically shuts off. (Though I do appreciate this because then I’m not uselessly thinking I’m vacuuming.)-I’ve found that the vacuum does best going forward versus backwards. Sometimes when pulling the vacuum back bigger crumbs will get pulled back with it rather than getting sucked up.-The filter (on the wand) is small and it fills up quickly. With our dog hair we sometimes have to empty it twice within one session.-The self empty works well UNLESS its dog hair. We just empty the wand before attaching it back to the base so the system doesn’t fill up too quickly or get clogged.
