BICGel-ocity Smooth Stic Gel Pen, Medium Point (0.7mm), Assorted Colors, 42-Count, Vibrant and Smooth Gel Ink Pens

Usually Bic is a brand that I scoff at, but I bought this set on a whim because it was on sale (I believe I paid around 40 cents per pen), and you can never have too many pens.No doubt, the pen feels cheap. The ink barrel isn't completely fastened to the body of the pen and you can hear the shaking noise when you write with it. The pen is rather light and had none of the luxurious feelings that you get when you write with a proper pen.That being said, the quality itself is surprisingly good. The colors are bright and unique (14 colors, 3 pens each) and it writes very well with an occasional skip (but it fixes itself before you get annoyed). For this price point, I feel that the pen delivers more than it promised, and I would recommend it.Edit: after using these pens for a bit, I have one more thing to add. The ink really doesn't last very long. You can almost see the ink level go down while using this pen, and with my level of usage I'd go through one pen in less than a week (other gel pens usually last about two weeks or so). So if you're paying more than 70-80 cents a pen, consider buying a better pen, it might be worth it in the long run. I still like it though!

Pens write well and color great

I was surprised by how smooth and beautiful the ink was. I haven't always had good experiences with Bic gel pens, but these have made me a fan of this particular line.

I didn't realize that there were 42 pens when i ordered these, but boy am I glad that there are. These pen are so smooth with a great selection of colors. They do not transfer onto the back of the page and do not run out of ink or stick while writing. Highly recommend adding these to your pen collection if you are a pen-snob like me!

Initially I loved these pens (although I initially had an issue with my order.) I bought these pens 2/8/2025 and I use them strictly at work, which I don’t write much at work - I type. I use these pens to fill in appointments in my calendar and these pens allow me to color code. The issue is, as if today, 2 pens have ran out of ink already, and it’s only 4/1/2025. If the ink lasted longer, these would deserve a 5 star for smoothness, vibrancy, and comfort.

These pens are fantastic for doodling, bujo, or day to day. They don’t bleed, write smooth

My new favorite for journaling. Smooth writing, nice feel, no ink on hands, vivid useful selection of colors. Reasonable price.
