Absolutely loving it. I bought this as I have lower back pain. The heating pad is bigger than I thought covered all of my back. It’s soft and very flexible you can place the heating pad on anywhere you need. Many temperature and time controls.

I got that electric heater because of pain in my mussel shoulders. The pad it very comfortable and soft for touching which is great for skin. The heating controller is working well on several (10 levels) options of temperature.The size is big enough to cover half of the adult body or wrap yourself around.I do recommend it.

The pad works well in terms of size and heat levels. However, there’s a big issue with the stiffness of the pad. It’s like having a board over the legs. I have had many heat pads over the years and all of them have been much softer. Lying or sitting the pad is excellent but on top of the body it is something of a failure sadly.

ZERO STARS! This is the second one I have purchased after the first one stopped working after 3 months. This item was delivered yesterday and after one use the control started to smoke, and has melted. This is extremely dangerous, I am thankful I didn’t leave the room and potentially have a house go up in flames. DO NOT BUY!

I bought this as an electric blanket as it was very cold and trying to save some gas during the cost of living crisis! It's done a good job but it's also helped my Sciatica and helped me sleep better! Has 10 heat settings and it's extremely comfortable! Stays flat and doesn't bunch up! Very happy with it.

Having used the pad for two days (it was a birthday present for my wife) we noticed a burning smell and the unit had burned out. AVOID
