Sleep and Dream of Happy Things (Yo Gabba Gabba!)

My daughters love Yo Gabba Gabba. It is a very colorful and entertaining show. We went to the stage show and the girls were very engaged the entire time. We purchased this book for our youngest daughter. She recognized the characters and really enjoyed how the story was similar to an episode of the show. She would regularly flip through the book on her own looking at the pictures. We would use this bedtime themed book along with a second Yo Gabba Gabba board book for her bedtime story and she always loved it. One book is a little short, so two makes for a perfect bedtime story set. As for the book itself, it has a thick, soft cover and the cover as well as all the pages are very sturdy. It is built very well and the thick pages are easy to flip for a young child. The book was great up until around age two where we started transitioning her to longer stories. But for any Yo Gabba Gabba fan that is 2 years old or younger, this book is great!

I gave this book 4 stars because my 2 and 1/2 year old absolutely loves this book (or else it would have been one star). Mind you, he is already obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba and has the entire "Sleep" episode memorized word for word. I hate actually reading this book because some of it is supposed to be read and some is supposed to be sung, but the song lyrics printed in the book don't match the song lyrics in the episode that they took the screen clippings from. I end up just making up what to say on each page while he looks at the pictures and tells me what he sees.The book is poorly written, but the pictures alone entertain my little guy, so it stays in constant rotation in our bedtime routine. I guess that's what counts.

My 2 1/2 year old is a huge fan of Yo Gabba Gabba and she loves books. I decided to buy this book first since the "Sleep" episode is one of her favorites. She loves this book so much she takes it to bed with her. She calls it her "Muno book". The book is basically the "Sleep" episode put into written form (and not as long of course). It contains lyrics from the songs in that episode and lines from the episode. I highly recommend this book, especially if you have a bedtime story routine :o)

Well I received a box in the mail today from Amazon. I knew I hadn't ordered anything so I checked the website and order history and there it was. I knew my 2 year old was pretty good with my kindle fire but didn't know just how good. Needless to say, the book will stay and the Amazon 1 click buy option is gone. Glad he loves the book, and thankful he didn't buy the whole page.

Nice book for up gabby gabba fans! Nice, colorful and sturdy. Arrived in good condition.

It's a bit difficult to read as it's written in song form but not exactly as the song goes. I feel awkward reading or singing it so I just improvise between the two and change the words. My son doesn't notice. He loves the book though. Every night now I can tell him to have happy thoughts. It's cute. I definitely recommend for Yo Gabba Gabba fans.

Well, my son likes it and that is the important part but in my opinion this book is poorly written compaired to some of the other yogabbagabba books.

Glad to see the Yo Gabba Gabba books as Kindle reads. My niece really prefers to read off of the computer, and she loves these guys.

I don't understand Yo gabba gabba. but my 4 year old loves them.
