Now Availible In Cheap Plastic
These are not your fathers ANCO blades. They are plastic . If you lift them up to clean your windshield and you don't gently lower them the plastic will come apart. You can pop it back together, but each tilme it happens the plastic snap gets looser, until they come apart while driving. I have used this brand for thirty plus years. It's a shame they went cheap. I'm looking for another brand.

great wiper blades at an affordable price
Updated Review 2/28/18I'm sad to say, those didn't even last two months! I guess, you get what you pay for and I'm of course past the return window. Won't be buying those again.Original review 01/15/18I had Bosch Icons before and they were expensive and not great at all, they left streaks and squeaked a lot. The Anco wiper blades are half the price and work so much better and are way quieter, we were super surprised. I'm glad Anco has good quality at an affordable price. We'll see how long they hold up in the PNW rainy winter.

Move along, the ones you’re replacing are probably still better and wiping than these will be in a week or two...
These are possibly the worst wipers we’ve ever purchased... they’ve been on the car all of two months this spring, through only a handful of rain “storms” and they are officially worse than the old used ones we took off to replace. So many streaks and lines, it looks like you wiped your window off with an old soggy gutter newspaper. Doesn’t even leave the window remotely scraped or free of anything, it just pushes the dust and pollen around like your wiping with a wet hand. Can’t wash the window dust off with fluid and definitely can’t drive while raining. Highly suggest you move along to another brand. We had to get two sizes and they are both equally horrible, so it’s not just “a bad batch”

Normal wiper blade - but not compatible with my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox rear wiper blade assembly.
As you can see from the attached image (the wiper blade below the packaging is the new one, bottom one which is obviously worn out is the old one) the length of the blade is correct but the carriage assembly is slightly different. I didn't realize this until installing it on my vehicle and trying to attach the cover. The compressed distance from the J-hook to the surface of the glass is too small/narrow, so the blade does not push against the glass to make contact. In fact if you install the windshield wiper cover (on the rear hatch of the vehicle) it will not even make contact with the glass and the plastic cover will barely touch the glass at the end of the arm. If you notice the old blade has more 'spring' to and the spring leaves have more of an arch. I think the correct part for this would be the Anco UR-131 and not the Anco 31-13. Nonetheless I made it work by removing the rubber insert from the new blade and installing it into the old assembly. The new blade also didn't seem to lock into the J-hook like I had expected which was the first sign I might have an issue. I'm very disappointed for having to basically pay full price for a blade then having to discard half of it. Live and learn, I don't feel like dealing with the return process but also wanted to warn others. Hopefully it has decent longevity - time will tell!

A few days of driving and they're skipping all over my clean windshield.
Well, I thought they'd work out, but after just a week or so on a clean windshield they started skipping continually. I bought some Bosch blades full retail locally and got these returned right under the wire.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I just installed these on my mid 90s ZJ Jeep Grand Cherokee. They work fine, and I make sure to keep my windshield clean. I think a lot of wiper-blade marketing is hype, and I got these at a great price with the Amazon add-on program. It's funny that I recently shredded a lot of financial documents and I saw where years ago I paid thirty-dollars to have new blades put on at a repair shop. Those days are gone thankfully.

Junk!!
What a disappointment! I have been using ANCO for over 30 years and was surprised when this one fell apart! One of the end links that hold the edge fell off. I chocked it up to bad luck and bought another.I was going to write a review on the second one, but it appears that Amazon won't let me write a second review about the same product even if I purchased again! OK.I installed the second wiper and while using the windshield washer the new one fell apart too! Same problem! Never in my many years of driving have a single wiper blade fallen apart and I have used ANCO many many times. Definitely their quality has dropped considerably. I will not be purchasing this brand again!NOTE: First blade was bought and fell apart in April. Second was bought in May, fell apart June 1! No snow! Although I doubt this junk could have survived the smallest of snow falls!

Wiper blade is OK, but instructions stink
I tried to understand and follow the instructions shown in tiny letters + vague pics on the wiper blade's pkg., but they were useless. I repeatedly watched the video in the Amazon listing, but it too was hard to see/follow. I searched online (including on the ANCO website) for instrucs, but it was like trying to navigate a maze. I finally installed this rear-window wiper blade on my 2004 Honda CR-V EX by totally disregarding the instrucs and using common sense instead; I suggest that you do the same. For what they're worth, here are my tips. (1) After releasing the old wiper blade from the permanent wiper arm attached to the car, flip the arm--which is shaped like a "J" on one end--out/away from the car. You'll then be looking at the UNDERSIDE of the arm. (2) Hold the wiper blade so you're looking at UNDERSIDE of the blade. Insert the J hook into (the rectangle on the right side of the UNDERSIDE of) the blade and hook it underneath the blade (in the obvious place). (3) The blade is wobbly at this point, so you'll need to secure the J hook inside the blade housing by using the black plastic piece that came with the blade. (4) Find the slot in the plastic piece that's about the size of the end of the J hook. Slide that slot onto the end of the J hook until it's wedging the J hook into the blade housing. (5) After you hear and feel the plastic piece snap into place, you're finished. I realize that these aren't great instrucs either, but hopefully they'll at least point you in the right direction.

2 Month Update: '17 Mazda3 Hatchback
Installation was a breeze; no adapter needed as the hook fits perfectly. Click into place and you're set. Rubber quality seems good so far. There's no skipping or streaks.2-Month Update: The blades are not holding up well. They produce bad streaks and skip very often. You get what you pay for!

Update 09/17. Faulty Blade. These are fine for $9 each
September UpdatePurchased another set. One has a flaw in the rubber blade and it leaves a well defined streak. This should have been caught before shipping from the plant.I've been spending $25 each on Bosch wipers and having nothing but issues. The frameless kind. I said f this. And tried these just for the heck of it. And for $18 for 2. I have no complaints. I'll never own Bosch again...
