MaisoNovo Soap and Lotion Dispenser Set | White Bottles Black Pumps Set of 2

I love this set! They are packed well, arrived timely, come with a selection of nice labels and look great with my modern farmhouse decor. Would make such a nice gift and would be a great addition in the bathroom too. I am VERY happy with this purchase!

I really actually like these dispensers. They got rid of the ugly plastic bottles that were in my kitchen sink. They're pretty heavy and neither the tray nor the bottles in the tray slide around when you're trying to use them. The pumps work great and dispense an adequate amount per pump. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because after only a couple weeks, the tray is stained with soap. Hand soap is clear and dish soap is the blue dawn. I've tried to wash the tray, but the tray just soaks up anything wet that touches it. If dish water splashes on it, stain. Soap falls on it, stain. If clean water touches it, (very minor) stain. The tray looks awful and a replacement would only result in the same issue in a couple weeks. I'm going to try to spray paint it to see if that'll be a good solution.Update: The seller contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience and to offer me a full refund. I wasn't trying to get money from them, but I was impressed that they not only monitor their reviews that closely, but that they actively take care of their customers. These days, lots of sellers just take the money and run. I'm increasing the star rating to 5 because of the customer service and because painting it was a good solution.

I emailed the company to send me the stickers to put on the bottles. They were quick to reply and mailed me the stickers. Bottles look great on my kitchen counter. Good quality as well!

Though they look pretty, and started pretty, the nozzle leaked almost immediately and has stained the tray. No matter what I do I cannot get this stain out. Could we make the tray out of something different?EDITING to add an update. After this review the company did reach out and provide a replacement tray for my set. I do wonder though, since it’s still the same material, how quickly it will be stained again. 3/5 for the staining tray. 5/5 for the customer service!

These are so nice, love the glass jars and the tray. Very well made and simply chic!

I absolutely love the look of this product but wish the bottles weren’t see through. I use the blue dawn dish soap and the bottle with it looks darker then the bottle with clear hand soap. The bottle tray also stains from the dish soap. Kinda disappointed with that and the base looks dirty now. The bottles themselves are very sturdy and look very cute though.

These two bottles and the tray are exactly as advertised. They are solidly built and look very luxurious. Perfect to enhance my powder room

I had high hopes for these, especially given the price. They are stylish and look cool on my counter, but the paint is chipping on the bottle after only one week of use and they were not dropped and the dish soap has stained the tray. They are worth half of what I paid at most..UPDATE, after posting review, company immediately reached out to me to make it right. Appreciate the quick reply although a complete refund was not necessary.

I ordered the two-pack of amber bottles (black pumps) with the white base option to use as hand soap and lotion dispensers. The items came packed VERY securely, and are good quality. There are two sets of optional labels that are included in the shipment, I prefer the look of the white square labels - looks similar to spa-style bottles. So far, really happy with them - good size and the actual pumps/dispensers work well with both soap and lotion. No scratches or imperfections on the bottles themselves.
