Very nice size!
I have been looking for ages for just the right size in a sewing basket with a handle, and in purple. I do not like all the wild designs on the ones I have been seeing. They just weren't my taste. A solid color would have been nice, bit this is a pleasant "white vines on light purple" design I could stand for a while. A plastic tray lifts out easily to gain access to the bottom. It comes with scissors, Sean ripper, various small spools of threat and other sewing notions. Nice for a beginner. Roomy enough to keep a small project in or just fill it with all kinds of threads and things you find helpful for mending and such. Good find.

Cheap fabric
My basket had a dented lid, which was probably a fluke. What I didn't like is that the fabric of the basket was a thin, cheap polyester....it felt like plastic. Even my husband who knows nothing about fabric said it felt like a plastic tablecloth. For this price I expect more...way more.

A spacious and nice looking sewing basket
This really does have a nice amount of space. So happy to have found it! The one I bought has light blue fabric with a white floral design and grey trim. Very pretty.

Sew happy!
Very beautiful, great quality, and a good size. I wanted a unique box to store my sewing stuff, and this is perfect. I love the Paris themed fabric and matching pin cushion. Gorgeous fabric!!!! All the extra goodies it came with makes this girl sew happy!

Just what I was looking for.
Just purchased this when it came back in stock. The size is perfect for my needs, seems to be very sturdy and the fabric is very pretty. The tray insert is more heavy duty then other sewing baskets I had looked at and keeps small items organized and in close reach. So far so good.
