I ordered 7, yes i said 7, black paw print tags. They came in the mail nicely packaged. All my information was correct which is a blessing. I've ordered tags from other sellers and they arrived incorrect. They seller was very easy to get a hold of and responded in a quick and timely manner. The only thing about the product I wasn't crazy about is the ring to attach the tag. The ring is super small and extremely hard to open. Once opened they stretch out while trying to attach them to the collars and the tag easily comes off. I ordered a separate set of rings which is not a big deal. The rings may have just been an issue because I have large dogs so the loops to hang the tag from is rather thick. I still give this product and seller 5 stars due to the fact that the ring size is not their fault as most tags come with smaller ring. The product is excellently done and I couldn't be happier for the price and quality. I definitely know where to go for future purchases.

I'm little late with my review and I'm so sorry for that as the Dr. Fremont's Customer Service deserves all the best!!! I'm serious!! But let me start from the begging!You all know how important is to have a tag for your four paws friend(s), who are actually a part of your Family, and you want to do everything to protect them or / and make sure that if somebody finds them, they might be returned to you with no hustle!! So, when we moved to another place I ordered 2 tags from two different companies on Amazon - one of them was Dr. Fremont!! (I never received the other tag from another company :( but that's not the point here).I purchased it on Dec 15, 2019 and I got it week later! After the item arrived - very well made and on time!! I noticed that there is a mistake in the phone number and that the tag is very small (I thought I ordered the right size for my kitty at that time). Contacted the seller right away and got the response almost right away as well!! They promised to fix the mistake (which now I truly don't remember if it was my fault or theirs) and even replace the tag with larger one!! Hats off!! Show me the other company who would do that when you pay just few bucks for their product!! I was so happy and extremely surprised when the new tag arrived!! All perfectly done!!Now about the item itself - awesome quality!! I'm using this - ok, my cat does!! for more than half of the year already in a many different conditions: my kitty loves to go out, roll over and have fun in many places from the concrete, sand, grass to the mud!! No signs of tears or even color changing (mine is red)!!! All writings are still in perfect shape, sharp and visible for everyone with the bare eye!!! I'm speechless and very happy!!And that's why I'm ordering another tag from Dr. Fremont not even looking for any other tag from any other company!! You might ask me why I need another one?? Answer is simple!! It's attached to one of these blinking collars and when the battery is gone I wanna still keep my "baby" safe and tagged when he use the replacement one (yes!! two different collars so two tags needed :) right??!!)Highly recommend this company and their products!! And just to clarify - I never received any offer nor something for free after writing my review!! I bought my first tag more about 6 months ago so why would I wait for so long if I would be given such opportunity??!! I just forgot to put it in the first place when I should!! I'm so sorry for that!!Just give them a try and I bet you won't regret!!
