Perfection.
Opted to try some Berg water for some discerning dinner guests and nobody was disappointed! The water has a lovely weight in your mouth and finished perfectly clean. Our guests said that the water was a perfect pairing with dinner (seared salmon/vognier) without leaving any trace of minerals, no added fluoride and no detectable plastic taste. On the topic of the bottles - PET plastic is a nice alternative when enjoying an afternoon or evening out. No worries about broken glass or establishment rules against glass (the beach, park, etc), and the bottle is less heavy as a result. Bottle size is convenient and we will be ordering more for our next dinner party!
