Headlamp,Best 18650 LED (HEADLAMP)

I imagine a lot of folks are like me and have a drawer full of these "tactical" lights in various stages of failure. They weren't all 'bargain basement' lights either, some costing many times what these Infray lights did. Usually, all to soon, they either died completely or developed a more frustrating intermittent failure. These may share the same fate, but they seem heavier - more solid - and I noticed even the battery compartment spring was stronger, assuring good contact.The surprise, however, was the bright beam of light that lit up the room when I hit the switch! As mentioned, I've had a bunch of LED flashlights in the past decade or two and many multi-cell, conventional flashlights and spotlights before that, but the light produced by these one AA cell flashlights is pretty amazing, especially when considering the price.These may fail as the others have, and if they do, I'll amend my review, but I'm impressed enough with these that I gave one to a friend and ordered two more.

They alright flashlights. They were packaged very nice. The aluminum feels good. There is a o-ring for the cap that opens up for the battery. Hi, low and strobe functions are good. The lens slides out manually for wide beam and center beam. Hi beam seems to be OK for one double A battery. You won't light up the night sky or blind someone with it. But for a small, light flashlight that could fit in just about any pocket you have, it's good!

This is a great little flashlight. It's so small and handy, and has an intense light. Keep in mind that this beam is not very bright a long distances. It was really well close up, but the brightness dissipates after 5-6 feet. It still works at the longer distances, but it's a pretty weak beam. I use this almost daily to watch out for my dog's little surprises in the back yard, and it's great for that. It's a great work light for checking under the hood, or other dark spaces that are close up.I personally don't care for the multi-mode feature, as I pretty much always want the light at its brightest, and never want a flashing light.

I really liked these little flashlights however, my wife and kids commandeered them for their night time nefarious purposes and I am now left with my old Mag-light that feels like and old clunker compared to these. When questioned, the kids say "I thought you gave me those flashlights dad, we put them in our cars for emergency purposes". Yeah Right!!!

Fantastic for the price and you get two. I like that you can "half" press the button to temporarily turn on the light and it goes off when you release. I primarily use one flashlight to charge a glow in the dark ball when playing fetch with my dog. It works wonderfully and is a solidly built flashlight. Can't complain about getting two for this price either. The body is all metal for anyone wondering.

Described as 500 lumen, super bright, with "4 times better performance than other brands in both run time and output lumen". Not sure what other brands have been used for comparison, but that 4 times better is quite a stretch for these little lights. They are OK as far as providing light, but not as bright as advertised. Still, only 1 AA battery and very small size, and fits in the palm of your hand; so extremely convenient and useful. Good value for the price since there are two lights in the package, as long as you're not expecting a searingly bright beam - like often seen in TV ads.

Nice little flashlight. Great lumens output if in a low light area. Love the multiple setting (bright, dim, strobe) and zoomable capability is a great plus.I did notice after a few uses it started to go out on its own mid function. I would have to unscrew it then screw it back in to get it to work again. Sometimes it happens twice in a row. Frustrating at times but all in all great flashlight.

Good all around small flashlight, uses 1 AA alkaline only. 14500 will not work. Flashlight is brighter than any of the other flashlights with 1AA alkaline in them. Battery fits tight and zoom works well. All the surfaces are debured and a nice finish. Pocket clip is heavy duty. The on/off button is large enough for an adult finger to operate. Would be 5 stars but can’t use 14500 rechargeable batteries.
