Arrived on time. Initially it seemed great for all jobs (upholstery etc) but then didn't work so well with slightly thicker fabric being stapled to the wood. Not quite a sturdy as I expected but not bad for the price.

Great staples

It does the job

During a very tricky task the gun stopped working. Thinking it was as simple as replacing the staples, that’s what we did. The staples jammed, they would neither load correctly nor unload. They were stuck. My husband noticed that there was a release screw, enabling him to open up the gun. Easy to open, not so easy to put back together. Finally back together, my husband did a test fire in a box, the bottom of the gun flew open firing the staples in my direction, scraping my hand leaving me with 2x2cm cuts that would not stop bleeding. The bottom of the gun kept releasing, we needed to finish the job we had started, so we taped the gun together. Not impressed with this staple gun, would NOT recommend it.

I read all the reviews but this just isn't up to the task. I'm fixing 3d plastic panels to thin panel board as strong glue didn't work, so this was plan B unfortunately a lot of the staples just popped straight back out. Some did take but if you want a strong staple gun this isn't it. Hence 4 stars as in some places it worked, after several attempts but have wasted so many staples trying to get it to fix to the panels, grrr.
