good product use it

Used two bottles in one month, started on 31 May, 2023.Blood test taken before starting on 31 May morning.Repeated blood test on 30 June, 2023Decrease in triglycerides is very marginal, NOT as claimed in the picture. Before using the product, my triglycerides was 293 units and came down to 246 after one month's usage of the product. Similarly total cholestrol was 203 units, came down ti 182. HDL decreased from 37 to 34. HDL decrease is not good.I received the product in June, 2023, manufactured in April, 2022 with expiry date Sep,. 2023. Does it mean that the product is not moving in sale?

I use it twice a day in hot water as a Tea and results are fabulous I have lost 3kg so far and also helped in my Bad Chelostrol level recommend to use twice a day
