Fun fact: I've got a lot of issues. IBS related issues, and some breathing/coughing issues (especially since I got Covid in December '22.I ended up picking up a bottle of both COPD MIRACLE and INFLAMMATORY BOWEL RELIEF by "Real Science Nutrition" courtesy of Amazon Vine.I started taking one, and while I can't definitively say it helped my cough (or my IBS) it certainly didn't appear to harm it. The sales pitch really seems to be all in on helping your body produce Nitric Oxide, something which a zillion beet root pills will claim they do (often with higher dosages than the 800mg proprietary blend, but since it doesn't state that it's beet root I suppose comparing mg of products isn't relevant.)Anyway, my post-covid-cough has subsided. No way to really prove if that was due to COPD Miracle Relief, or just nature+time.And then I got the IBR pills and something really jumped out at me. The 4 pictures I provided are the two bottles. It turns out they REALLY believe in their proprietary blend and this Nitric Oxide boost it allegedly gives you. Both bottles use the same advertising, same ingredient list (identical) and dosage, same instructions, and same looking pills.So here I was thinking I'm getting two products with 60 pills each, but thankfully noticed that if I took both products I'd be DOUBLE-dosing myself with this blend. No clue if that would have been bad, but seeing as all the daily doses exceed the daily value it seems like it would be unnecessary.I can say that my cough has improved (again, placebo? nature? or this pill?) and my IBS has MAYBE improved a little. (again could just be placebo or my change in diet.)Price is a bit steep. I suppose if you need to try something give it a shot. I'll keep going until my two bottles are empty, but I'd need more significant changes to justify the monthly cost.

Rip off
I placed the product information /supplement facts side by side with my One A Day vitamin bottle, and saw that they have the same ingredient!!! ...And they don't coast thirty something dollars!!!

Even doubling the doe ha no noticeable difference.
