I've had one of these previously, and my earlier Mia 2 died after many years of service. I was dismayed.that Clarisonic had gone out of business because these are terrific. Fortunately, there are several vendors here on Amazon that still stock them. My new one works much better than just a washrag and cleans out my pores. Don't push hard because you'll abraid your skin! It will clean well without pushing. Charging is a breeze with the included cord.

I was so excited to see this product when I lost my original clairsonic on vacation. I should of read the reviews and should of known it was too good to be true. After unboxing I could definitely tell this product was a lot lighter than the original and felt cheap. Should of seen the red flags but I was so determined to make this work. Everything worked for the first 2 months until the battery just random started to spaz and had a mind of its own. All of a sudden it doesn’t turn on anymore. I felt like the charger was different and everything about it was just trash. Don’t waste your money if you’re wanting to expect the original. Now I’m looking for new suggestions compared to my old Mia 2 😭

I purchased the mia 1 about 8 years ago, and I've replaced the brush heads several times. the only reason I replaced it is because the battery wasn't holding a charge for very long. very happy with the mia!

This is the second one I have purchased over the years. Does wonders for dull aging skin - brings back thatglow we all enjoy no matter how old one is.

purchased around Dec of 23 and it has stopped working! I had an original Clarisonic that was purchased over 10 years ago and it finally bit the bullet and lived a good life…I loved it!So happy to find another one and now this!Not happy I’m out nearly $100!!!Thus was supposed to be new but having doubts!Hiw do you get your $ back on something that’s past the return window!Not a happy camper!!!!

I have owned several products like this. The battery power seems to be much better than some and I love the gentle brush head. Seems to clean thoroughly and gently.

Yo tuve antes este producto pero fue hace años y ahora que lo tengo, el cepilllo más blando y la velocidad más baja me irrita la piel muchísimo y una piel irritada todo es peor, incluso las infecciones. Después de usarlo me arde la piel. Una de dos, o el producto ya no es bueno (el otro que tuve hace unos años era estupendo, el mejor) o con la edad mi piel es más delgada y ya no soporta ese tipo de productos, estoy muy triste porque ya lo había usado y era maravilloso.

Had one for years, it was great... Just bought this one, and it randomly turns itself on at any hour of the day or night, can't be turned off, and the battery spontaneously dies at random. Full charge to totally dead instantly... Going to try and get them to replace it, but very poor quality.
