It is a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I was out of country for 2 months , therefore was not able to use this product right away. I tried to use it yesterday for the first time but the spout that the cream is supposed to come out is defective, it doesn't work at all. Your organization needs to do a better job in testing the packaging that you are selling this product in and not just the product.

I have been very pleased with this product. It has taken a long time but it has all been worth it since it is slowly making one of my dark spots go away.

I was so skeptical to try another dark spot remover, but I have to be honest after using this product My dark spots are fading away quickly! If you don’t have this product, any struggle with dark spots or hyper pigmentation this product is a must buy!!

This product really works and recommend this to anyone who has acne prone skin! I use this product as part of my PM skincare routine. Leave it over night and then wash the next day with cold water!

First, I had to exchange for a new bottle the first time because the pump didn't work...didn't work the second time either. In some reviews, this is a known problem so hopefully the company fixes that issue. I ended up using a pliers to remove top half from the bottom so I could get to the product.I have only used this product once a day on freshly showed skin and specifically chose to focus on the left side of my neck to begin with. it goes on easily. The problem is the breakouts. I do have sensitive skin and within three days of starting the product, I began to develop pimples. i kept using and more pimples came. I stopped using and the pimples eventually cleared, and i started using the product again and now have pimples. I haven't noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin but considering I haven't used it that long, i wouldn't be a good gauge of it's ability
