Sprinkle a little in your chicken dishes. I never heard of this, but saw it on top chef.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. A quality product with tons of uses.

I didn't know I am sensitive to the main ingredient of this product. I'm diabetic and Maltodextrin spikes your blood sugar. This isn't a returnable item on Amazon - one of few so I'll need to trash it. Perhaps most malt vinegar powders are made with this but unfortunately, I can't use this product.

I bought this product to make a salt and vinegar flavoring for making “low-calorie” popcorn, but so far it doesn’t seem to be working out very well. There is no product literature or suggestions as to how much to use. It is very very powdery and floats in the air when you open the package. I put some into a shaker jar to sprinkle on popcorn, but it doesn’t seem to stick very well or give it a very vinegary flavor. I tried mixing it with salt, but that’s no better. I use spray butter flavoring such as “I can’t believe it’s not Butter,” but it doesn’t seem to stick to it very well either. Maybe it would with real melted butter but I don’t want the added calories. When you take a bite of popcorn, the vinegar powder grabs at the back of your throat when you inhale. Maybe it’s meant to be mixed in with something else? I am still trying to work out how much to use for the best flavor, wish the company could provide some guidance?

No taste don’t waste your money

Not tangy, only sweet. Waste of money. Do not buy this product

I was hoping to have a great malt vinegar for my popcorn. This doesn't do it.

Not sure how, but there’s no vinegar taste to this. A waste

So zippy and delicious. Great on fries, wings, shrimp?
