I purchased other product of quality of life and the first time the bottle was missing pills and the pill was a different color so i had to return them so i was skeptical in buying other product from this company thru amazon but this product came fully sealed and the bottle was not broken and it i was super thankful for that. I suffer from osteoporosis and tons of other health issues and im also allergic to curcumin so i was scared to take this at first but since they make this version in micro fine it really did not upset my stomach or give me any allergic reaction and maybe after 30 minutes i felt a little warm and then maybe hour after all my back pain and knee pain started to decline not traumatic but enough where i can notice the difference just from one pill on day one!!!!! and the best part its a delayed release that last 12 hours!!!!Like i already take so many medication in the morning the fact i can take just one pill is amazing and it dosnt smell and dosnt melt instantly in your mouth or get stuck on your throat when you swallow which is great!!!I was also worried the fact it dosnt contain ginger or bioperine that it was going to beyond mess up my stomach or not get absorb right away because almost every curcumin/tumeric product has those two extra ingredients to protect upset stomach and faster absorption but since this product is filter multiple times thru micro screen and its is a delayed release your getting a micro dose each hour pretty much.So over all I beyond satisfied and i also ordered in the past other high review and stars curcumin supplement thru amazon and it all either messed up my stomach And gave me severe diarrhea or didn't feel the affect until couple days latter.So if you want a product that can help u right away and wont destroy your stomach or give you any allergic reaction Deffiently try this product and im not sponsored by QOL or getting a free bottle or anything!!! i just want product that are fresh and actually work like there suppose to!!!!Also i posted photo to show u the size comparison and also the color on a blackSurface so u can see how fresh the powder really is and i also even weight each pill out which came to 0.7 grams and they were all the same amount so you know for a fact this wasn't filled by hand but by a professional machine like you cant ask for a better quality then that !!!

I’ve been dosing this one overnight. When I wake up I’ve been feeling great. I’m 32 and my personalized genetics data indicates I am baseline highly inflamed. I have incorporated this one for recovery along with melatonin while I sleep and it seems to help. Just wish they had the 60 pill option available.

Hi All. I recently started adding curcumin to my daily supplement routine for the anti-inflammatory benefits. I am a professional athlete and am always looking for ways to reduce pain and improve recovery time. I take BCAA, fish oils, glucosamine... Curcumin has been proven by doctor's and scientists to help with inflammation and anti-aging. Many people, like myself, attempted to add the spice turmeric to their diet to achieve these benefits, but it is much more complicated than that. Other things, like black pepper are needed to activate these benefits and you would need to take heaps and heaps of turmeric (which I hate the taste of) to get the benefits. While it is difficult to qualify the difference between this brand and others in a 30 day supply, I highly recommend adding a cur cumin supplement to your routine.

It's really hard to rate dietary supplements because, for the most part, you don't necessarily immediately feel the impact of them, and judging absorbency is impossible (for me).As relates to this, I do know that turmeric curcumin is considered the gold standard for turmeric, and that mixing it with black pepper (or in this case, bioperine) helps increase absorbency dramatically. Curcumin is a well-documented anti-inflammatory, and I do notice that I don't feel any joint pain as I write this - I normally had a bone in my foot that had a steady, low grade pain for a couple years.There has been a lot written about the systemic effects of chronic inflammation - far more qualified people than me can comment on that. Suffice it to say that, although taking these pills for a month won't help with, say, alzheimer's or chronic heart conditions, I do believe that, as part of a healthy lifestyle, turmeric can help. I have used turmeric powder extensively in my meals - but the taste really does get annoying, and it doesn't work with all dishes, obviously, so these capsules are a nice potential solution.The capsules are decent sized, but not overly large, and there is no taste. Certainly, it's not a problem to get them down.Overall, I'd say this is a good product and a decent addition to lifestyle that includes a healthy diet and exercise, but I am skeptical that turmeric alone will change anyone's life.

Curcumin is a powerful supplement. For many, it offers pain relief not available without dangerous drugs. It may support healing for arthritic bones, but I have not seen positive outcomes of this.The problems of curcumin are those of the manufacture. It is reportedly difficult to separate from the turmeric root where it grows. And, once separated, it is very difficult to be absorbed in the human body. A number of processes are being tried to overcome this difficulty, and this curcumin is micronized for this reason.So far, I have not found it better or worse than the curcumin I routinely use. It is difficult to tell what’s happening until many days or weeks of use have passed. I certainly have experienced no unpleasant results from using it.
